Convinient location, parking lot was spacious which was a huge plus, friendly staff, delicious breakfast included, room was spacious and clean, pool was perfect!

Bed size seemed to be "full size" not queen but front desk informed they are all the same size other than if I would of selected a king bed. I literally stayed at another Comfort Inn (in Boerne) before this stay and the bed definately seemed bigger there so unsure if front desk was being honest.

Upon checkin noticed the toilet paper spindle was missing. Ask at the front desk, they said they would try to locate one. Next morning we asked again. This time we received one. The keycards were not programmed correctly. After being away all day we found we could not get into the back door. This can be a real nuisance and seems to be common at Comfort Inn's in general. We have had this issue at other Comfort Inn's. The jacuzzi was broken. We were told it has been for about a year. They say they can't get anyone out to fix it. Seriously? After a year? There was an outlet cover plate that was not secured (hanging on the power cord that was pugged in). They didn't seem concerned with this SAFETY HAZARD!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It looked small, but it was one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed at recently. The room was well appointed although I had a little trouble figuring out the tv remote. You have to go to input then select tv. The pillows could be a tad bit larger but for the money you cannot beat a stay here!

The whole place was very nice. A good variety at breakfast and well maintained. All staff was friendly

The only suggestion I have is a couple more safety bars in the bath/shower. I'm 70, have had back surgery and need a little something extra to hold on to but do not need to take over a disability room. Also, a small gym with a treadmill and stationary bike would be a plus.

The breakfast was good as expected.

The couple next to our our unit came in about midnight and were fighting. He dropped the "F" bomb as he cursed his female partner many many times as she cried and cried. Called the front office who came and notified them. She continued to cry and at one point said "I hate my life". I feared for her life. We eventually were able to go to sleep.

We loved the breakfast. It was very good. The eating area was very clean!

The elevator was super sketchy. It was very concerning going up everytime. However the morning we were leaving, the put an "out of service" notice. So clearly they were aware of the issue and having it fixed.

It had a good location and the staff was friendly. My son loved the egg omelets in the morning.

Our air condition unit was not working the best. If you pressed the up and down arrows for temperature it would sometimes go the opposite direction. It would either freeze you out or not seem to cool. It was annoying to have to mess with.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C was cold and worked great. It was also very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed an entire day by the pool all to ourselves. The only disappointment was that the spa knob was broken off so you couldn't turn it on.

There were limited amenities. I needed to wash some clothes and they didn't have a laundry room. The breakfast was only okay. Very limited. The location was off the beaten path and the surrounding area was a little sketchy. The spa was broken.

4-5 minute drive to Main Street and many restaurants. Breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. *25-30 min drive to Enchanted Rock.

Beds were firmer than I like them to be. My husband loved how firm they were. (*Preference)

The location was great. Close to all the activities we came to do. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice.

The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken. It was beautiful outside and it would have been nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening.
