This hotel was very nice. It's not fancy, but it was very comfortable and completely adequate for our needs. The weather was a bit windy & we had an issue with the Cable service for a few hours but we got it back on later in the day and it was fine thereafter. We reserved what we thought was just a room with a king sized bed but when we arrived we were actually given a suite which was really nice. It was nice to have a place to relax in the living area. The suite had a full kitchen which we did not use, but would be great if staying for a longer period of time. We had no complaints with the room and fully enjoyed our stay!

The hotel offers a continental breakfast but there is no place inside to eat so you have to take the food back to your room. We were there in February so the patio area was closed but it does look like they offer an outside eating area during the warmer months. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak for the quality of the breakfast but it looked good!

The property is historic in its age, but it has been renovated remarkably well and is very well maintained. The rooms have all the expected amenities, and the cabins have individual covered parking. The property is perfectly located in the community with excellent access to many outstanding restaurants and shopping stores. The staff were very cordial and courteous. The value of this stay was exceptional for the price. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I am very likely to stay there again. Also, the photos on their website are accurate and current representations of the property.

We absolutely loved the Peach Tree Inn. We're a family of 5 - kids 14, 12 & 10, from Australia, roadtripping across the States for 7 weeks. This has been one of our favourite stops so far. We loved the original buildings & character of them as well as the setting. The room itself wasn't anything fancy but it was clean & the beds were comfy. The kids loved the pool & the extra touches like wine in the room, cookies in the afternoon. The continental breakfast was fresh & sitting out under the trees to eat it was a great start to the day. The location was amazing- an easy walk to the main street which we spent hours wandering down. It was also a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The staff were welcoming & friendly.

Nothing - it was awesome!

I really liked the location, we had covered parking, a/c worked great. Room was a nice size, had everything you needed, including coffee pot with real coffee mugs. Room looked remodeled and updated. Had a Ice was convenient, Office staff was very nice accommodating. They had breakfast items such as coffee cake/danish type items.

Was a bit concerned, as the door did not have a deadbolt or other source of locking other than a normal door lock.

Bed was a king size great size. We had a king suite great size loved that there was a seating area and kitchenette. We had an area we could sit outside and enjoy nature. We had some water bugs but only 2 the whole stay and both dead. Loved that we could cook if we wanted.

Wish the pool at the main place would have been working to use the hot tub in the same area. But the pool at the blue house was great for us to use. It was not busy at all.

Really nice breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, bagels, English muffins, toast, cereal coffee, tea, oj etc. Stayed 2nd floor in back building, very quiet. Appreciated the covered parking as well. Cute, quiet, clean and comfy. Also conveniently located, close to Main street. Would definitely recommend!

My room was not cleaned after my first day there. Not sure if that is protocol for a 2 night stay. Not that big of a deal since was I was alone and there 2 nights but would have appreciated clean towels & glasses.

Nice, comfortable room. Plenty of towels. Complimentary bottle of Chardonnay. Great room service. Friendly cats on premise. Pool area. Within convenient walking distance (about two blocks) from the main street. I will be sure to return to Peach Tree Inn and recommend it to friends and family.

The complimentary breakfast available in the office was nice. If the quality of the coffee could be improved it would make for an all-round better breakfast experience. I do not mean to be critical, but helpful in improving the guest's experience.

It seemed clean even though I imagine it is very old. Heater worked well. My husband thought the mattress was comfortable. Had free cookies. Water pressure in shower was great.

There was only 1 pillow per person and it was very flat. You could see through the wash cloth, but it seemed clean. There was shampoo, but no conditioner. The breakfast was pretty good, but there was no place to sit, so had to either go back to room or eat in car. Was on a bottom floor and upstairs was very noisy, luckily not for very long. Was enough hot water for 2, but not 3 people. Light bulbs in each fixture did not match at all. Ok, I'm a little picky.

Great location- walking distance to Main Street and HEB grocery store. About 2 large city blocks to each. Staff was very friendly. So sweet to get a complimentary bottle of wine and 2 waters. Real glasses and coffee cups. We loved the hotel cats. Especially shadow. Covered parking. Outside sitting areas. Safe environment. 

Room could use more outlets. Breakfast is limited but you have a microwave, mini fridge, and a table to eat at in the room.

Very clean and spacious room. Enjoyed the complimentary bottled wine and couple of bottled waters. The shower has excellent water pressure. The location is rather quiet and very close to restaurants, shops and bars on Main Street.

Lacking of shower gel/body wash. Bath soap was provided, but it was very small. Very limited plug outlets for charging phones. The swimming pool is somewhat inconvenient to get to from the room. It is located in the very front of the office and facing the street.
