Location, pleasant employees, very comfortable beds & pillows, refrigerator with freezer in room, a good desk chair & a great upholstered chair/stool.

1. Some confusion re our reservations: We reserved & paid in advance for 1 room with 2 queen beds, for 2 nights. But we were first assigned a king bed room. The front desk corrected to 2 queen beds and changed our room assignment immediately while we were still at front desk checking in, but then the next day cancelled our key functions and set “no services”. ?? So we kept getting our keys reset in order to access our room. Evidently problem caused by someone &/or computer kept thinking we were in the King bed room. 2. A photo had shown a raised surface furniture piece between tv/chest of drawers furniture and the desk. Not in our room. Would have really liked to have had that for suitcases placement.

great location to the waterpark. I was able to check-in early with a nice lady.

I couldn't figure out the wifi passcode and I had to call downstairs to get it and the staff was not patiently telling me the code. First time he told me it was on the room card, I didn't see it second and third time i call he said it so fast and rushed me off the phone. When I went downstairs he was not by the desk so I waited 2 minutes then he came out and gave the code. If he would have been patient and sound it out phonetically I wouldn't have needed to go downstairs.

The room was very spacious and clean. The locations was fantastic as it’s close to mall and other activities (water park). The offer hot breakfast with variety of options. Great stay and experience.

The only negative we had was the pull out sofa bed needs to be updated as it was very uncomfortable for my daughter. The mattress was very thin. Our room also didn’t come with kitchen utensils but staff was great getting us some quickly. Overall great stay.

Fantastic location with frontdesk staff friendly, helpful, professional! Particular shout out to Milan who is a great ambassador for this hotel!

Housekeeping service during this visit was not as good as on previous visits. Upon moving into room and setting up my CPAP machine, I found a black bra from a previous person, and the floor did not seem to have been vacuumed.

Not sure if it was the standard process but beds weren't made any of the 3 days we were there, the room cleaning services seem to be happening but the beds weren't made any of the days.

Location is fantastic, convenient to everything. The staff is super helpful. Having stayed here several times, it is great to see consistency in personnel such at Milan who has checked us into hotel on multiple occasions, and who has always taken great care of us.

The breakfast is generally super greasy and bland. While the coffee is the best I have had in a hotel, we ate breakfast out each day to get a good meal.

The lock on our door didn’t work properly, which we found out at 12:30 pm, as another guest used her key to let herself into our room after the front desk also checked her in to our occupied room. Spoke with manager on duty but never got a response. Could’ve turned out to be a dangerous situation for both guests!

Room was nice & spacious. Quiet except for a few loud guests in the hallway. Bed was quite comfortable. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast had variety of options.

Not kitchen towels or soap for dishwasher. But I also didn't go to front desk to ask for them, so it may have just been an oversight.

The breakfast, pool, gym & kitchen in our room were SOOO amazing!! Staff were always quick to help me needs, but never bugged us or got in our way.

That I couldn't get my 2 gift cards that I earned for staying 4 nights. 😩

I liked the location. it’s close to everything - shopping, restaurants, highway, etc. I also liked the breakfast, ambience, etc. some of the staff were really nice and helpful.
