I love the thank you Ms Jackie, front desk, gave as we departed. She gave a very warm good bye and come back to see us. Her thank you was very genuine, sweet, honest, and heart feeling. We have never had anyone to greet us with such kindness, and the prayer of safe travels took me over. I would stay again as long as Ms Jackie works there. I was so full of laugher with the treat she had given us, a choose of different lollipops!!! I think that’s what brightens the entire stay. We thank her dearly!

everything great from the staff clean breakfasts and every things we studied more than 2 weeks such a great time !! all girls and men who’s working in the reception super friendly and lovely !! definitely we will back and stay again.

We went to Houston because of a death in the family and I didn't want my family to stress about anything so I booked in advance and called several times 🤦🏾‍♀️just to make sure everything was as planed we got 3 room and all was Great!Also the staff knew then reasons why we was there because again I explained I needed everything to go smoothly and they were PERFECT we had NO ISSUES AT ALL everytime we go to Houston this is our go to place.. Thank you guys for all your hard work to make comfortable and stress free during our difficult time .

My family and I had no complaints at all everybody was so nice.

I liked the location within the city. it was clean and quiet. offered breakfast.

Ms. Jackie is a phenomenon! She made what would have been just an "okay" stay memorable. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is, unfortunately, situated near nightclubs and strip clubs. The loud music into the wee hours was quite unpleasant, and someone's car alarm going off for almost an hour made it difficult to sleep. That is the only reason the review is not perfect.

I loved the location and the spacious rooms.

We arrived from driving for 5 hours (which was 2hours from checkin) and the manager told us that not only could not check in early but we could even sit in the lobby to wait.

Location was perfect for what we needed.

We stayed 2 nights, we were in room 220 first and it was nice and clean, needs a new sofa though. we ended up in town another night and booked again and got room 227.. room was great except almost no water pressure in the shower :( Breakfast was also good, only the sandwiches need to be refrigerated! we got one what was sour and spoiled! it was ok we just got another one but that one sour bite was awful!

Breakfast was average but good. I was satisfied.

The finishes are dated on the floors (corridors). The rooms facing the street can be noisy in the evening so better come with ear plugs.

Great location next to a lot of cool nightlife spots on Richmond. For the price and location it's a good value.

It's definitely a cheaper spot, more like a motel than hotel, nothing luxurious. Breakfast is typical motel style free continental: packaged food, waffle maker, limited hot food.

It was very easy to get to, and the location was perfect for where I was going to visit. Restaurants were convenient as well! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Jackie and Margaret were wonderful!

Can't think of a thing. I will stay there again!
