Akra Hotel

The rooms were nice, clean, beautiful scene from the window to the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains . Everything in the room is five star.. however, it would be nice if the chocolate in the room was complimentary. Breakfast is amazing. It has everything you wanted.. but I don’t know when I worked the breakfast were not included .

The beach isn’t ordinary with sand, it’s Rocky and deep, but for me, I like it, I don’t think it will be safe for children. I just did not like the stairs., long stairs :) I have been round the world and lived in many countries , I am always nice to the staff , but I can tell you that the manager is rude, maybe cause I am Arab , he wanted me to double pay for the economy. Luckily, I understand that I paid fully from Booking including the economy.  some people might not know about and might double pay. When I was checking out I saw 2 Arab girls were shouting at the same manager, they were telling the manager you are rude and racist .

I love the spa and most of the people at the life co. the pablito restaurant is good value for money and the food is overall very good.

the reception staff are awful. they are rude, chaotic and disengaged. asking for anything is a real problem and they seem to have a lot of people standing behind the desk who do nothing other than look bored and grumpy. I have stayed at this hotel more than 6 times yet there is no recognition or loyalty shown to me as I arrive. it’s such a shame as it’s really impact you when you arrive and when you leave. it’s not 5star service and dampens your experience.

The Akra hotel was beautiful. Gorgeous location amazing facilities. The breakfast was outstanding and the gym was a fully functioning centre filled with all the equipment you could hope for. The spa was great and offered great options for all. We were able to enjoy the club lounge which allowed for free drinks pretty much all day and a nice place to relax and get away for abit in a quiet area. 3 large different pool areas were mostly heated. and access to the beach. The lady from room service were so lovely and I wish I got her name she honestly was so kind even helped my brother when he got sick and got him soup delivered to the room free of charge. complimentary drinks were nice touch too.

The customer service of the staff (reception and guest services) was quite poor. Did not try to help when we had questions and frankly seemed to get annoyed when we called for anything. Quite disappointing I’ll be honest. On top of that we had multiple episodes of flooding in our bathroom and escalated this to the staff only once did they send someone with towels and no one fixed this issue. We attended the salon and my god do not get your nails done here! other club lounges I have been to had catering at all hours of the day this was limited to a certain time however was still good. the Pilates studio could have had more air conditioning. would be nice to upgrade tv to be able to link ( screen mirror) phone.

What an amazing hotel! To my view ( as a person who has also a Hotel Management degree from Strathclyde University before my MBA degree) this hotel with its amazing service has fulfilled my expectations! The location, the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness , the comfort and the location were all excellent. The room was clean, modern with amazing view to the Mediterranean Sea. All the 5 outdoor swimming pools were so clean with a fantastic pool bar and friendly staff. The private beach was also great. The Pablito Bistro was fabulous; serving the selective dishes from Turkish and international cuisines, exotic drinks and cocktails, and with the fantastic views of Bey Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea! The gym was great, and the massage in the well-being center (the Swedish classic massage) was so relaxing and professional. The hotel is located close to the old town /Kaleici. GREAT breakfast buffet with variety of options and lovely staff serving until 12 o'clock (thanks to Mr. Mustafa for his great customer service at the buffet) . Concierge service was very professional . My mom, my nephew and myself (3 generations together) had an amazing time at Akra hotel and we captured a wonderful memory together at this hotel :-) To make it short " Wonderful place to stay and enjoy your holiday with an excellent service". One remark /tip: For such a great hotel, serving at least one fresh juice (like orange juice) should be part of the breakfast buffet.

Amazing view and located close to the old town. Best breakfast and they serve it until 12 o clock!! love the rooftop restaurant and the amazing staff up there! Lounge is very nice with a great view and nice variety of drinks and snacks. Also great staff! Private „Beach“ just a few feet away with towel service.

only minor issues: furniture and wooden floor could use some renovation. Elevators need a few waiting minutes during „rush hours“. „Taxi guys“ at the ground floor are not always present and only some help with doors and luggage. not the cheapest place during high season Just pointing this out because they claim to give the most amazing luxury experience, which ist not quite there yet. I still like to come here every time

Great Hotel with great facilities. The hotel was very clean and extremely spacious. It had beautiful views, both the city view and beach view. The toilets were really clean and the rooms are so comfortable. The staff were really helpful and nice. I went during Ramadan so had Suhoor every morning to start my fast. Great buffet in the early morning for only approx £8! The location is great, you can easily get a bus into Kaleci or hop in a cab. Located on a very vibrant street. I’m super peaky with accommodation but this was a close 10/10! They gave complimentary water every day and it even gave some dry fruits and a bowl of fruits!

I honestly can’t think of anything bad and I’m usually a critique.

We had a wonderful week in Antalya in July, primarily thanks to Akra's facilities and its staff. We didn't have a single thing to complain about. Everything was perfect!

Nice staff. Excellent food. Good room service. I recommend to everyone. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Fantastic sea and mountain views! Nice friendly and helpful staff. Concierge recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Great breakfast, food was really tasty. Unique beach. Off rocks (no sand), but nice sea and beautiful view. Nice beach cafe also with phone charging stations and good food. Room was comfortable, had everything needed. Sea views is key :) Lots of great swimming pools. Scuba diving lessons and snorkeling rentals on the beach.

Not sure if the orange juice at breakfast was freshly squeezed. Sometimes the guest service line is busy or not answering. No paper room service menu in the room. Have to figure out hiw to find through tv menu or qr code. Note that at the beach you go into the water by stairs or jumping :) and it’s relatively deep (you can’t stand), but if you’re comfortable holding on the water it’s great. Lifeguards on duty all the time.

First time in Antalya, and I must say, even though this isn't in the Lara area, as everyone raves about which have amazing hotels, I must say this one has been the most beautiful, clean and amazingly facilitated hotel I've been on holiday too. The views no matter where you looked was just a sight to behold. We got amazing services from the staff members, the rooms were spacious and clean. Everything worked perfectly. It has 4 different pools, a decent size sunbed beach area, the breakfast was amazing and so diverse in options and taste. There was room for everything and anything you needed here. I had a hammam done here too which was absolutely amazing. There was also a free bike hire on the hotel, which i used. Staying at this hotel has exceeded my expectations in all areas. I would recommend this place for adults mostly, as there aren't many activities for kids. But I would definitely go back here again. Price point, you get what you pay for and is value for money better than the expensive hotels you get.
