Breakfast that was served in the hotel was excellent. We were initially offered a table that was very low in height which did not suit our needs. Fortunately the lady who was appointing tables found us a normal height table which was perfect. The range and quality of the food and drink on offer was excellent. If you park at Westfield shopping centre the Hotel can validate your parking for a fifty percent discount.

A minor point, the sky bar did not have any draught beer available. When I enquired with the barman I was told that he did not fancy carrying a keg of beer up forty eight floors.

I always ask for a quiet room. Meaning as far away as possible from sources of noise, also other guest rooms. This hotel is one of the few that actually complied with it! And the rooms were as good as they are shown on the site. Nice, spacey, all the comfort one needs, air conditioning top notch and silent. Didn't order the breakfast but I heard they improved big time compaired to their opening weeks. Ultra friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Location is véry close to Stratford International, a great hub to reach the city by different means. Good restaurants nearby; try the Dark Horse at walking distance and the Union Social in the hotel itself!!

Some door pumps/closers are terrible: they slam the door with such a force it would wake up everybody in the hallway rooms. Try to change them. Coffee pads weren't replaced every day. Only present the first day, no replenishments the days after. This is basic!

Location is good - very close to a convenience store, shopping mall, trains are 5min walk away. Lots of cafe/small restaurants 2 min walk away. The outdoor seating area of the restaurant was really nice.

Food at the restaurant was sub-par. Plating looked like something that came out of a mess hall, dishes was half-cold half-warm. Bar was self-serve which was very strange. Coffee tastes are individual, but the coffee shop inside of the hotel had some of the worst coffee we've tasted. The room's AC kept resetting every time you opened the door. Room service made no sense because the room had no seating arrangement for dining, even though it was a Deluxe King Room. Laundry booklet said laundry can be handed in by noon for extra charge same-day service. Tried to hand it in around 10am and was told it cannot be done the same day / laundry was not in service.

We arrived much later than expected due to our plane being delayed, but we immediately felt at home due to the friendliness of the staff. We were upgraded to a slightly larger king room which was a great and welcome surprise! The room was definitely large enough for two people and two small suitcases. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh omelets made every day to order. The Union Social restaurant was great in the evenings for food and cocktails as well. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the DLR and a large shopping mall, at the other end of which are even more tube connections.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest and the water from the tap (not the shower) never got warm. Sadly, the DLR was out of commission when we were there so we had to walk through the shopping mall to get to public transportation.

The rooms were decently sized for London and clean. It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. Staff was generous in providing us early check in after our 24 hour flight upon request and an unexpected complementary upgraded room as well which was greatly appreciated. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Some complementary amenities would have made it even better e.g. toothbrushes, water so we wouldn’t have to buy it ourselves. Stratford is a bit far away so transport was difficult especially during our stay when metro lines were down.

Went to the bar / restaurant for a drink and did not feel welcomed at all. Staff came across a little rude. Only stayed for 1 drink because of this but can’t complain about anything else

The hotel's location was superb. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and they had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was impeccable. The staff at the reception and breakfast area were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. We were extremely satisfied with everything.

Our only critique is that for guests like us who do not consume pork products, there were no alternatives such as beef, chicken, or turkey sausage/salami—only vegan sausage was available. Adding these options to the menu would be greatly appreciated and shouldn't be too difficult.

The shower was fabulous and the bed and pillows were super comfy :)

The only gripe was the front door was locked at night and you had to buzz to get in, first night was fine but second night questioned what did we want and were we staying there! :/

Location was perfect for Westfield shopping centre and Abba Voyage visit. Hotel decor very nice, comfortable beds, clean rooms and fantastic shower. Helpful Reception staff. Nice rooftop restaurant.

Price of food and cocktails was very expensive, definitely not value for money. Cocktails menu could do with pictures of what to expect as a couple of us were rather disappointed. The lower floor restaurant couldn't provide a menu for us to look at, we were told to look online which seemed odd.

Absolutely amazing, perfect location for the Westfield Shopping Centre, 2 minute walk, end of the centre was Stratford Station where we got the Elizabeth Line straight from Terminal 2 @ Heathrow, so 10min walk. 20/25min walk to the ABBA ARENA. Staff were very helpful, very clean hotel, large rooms, single beds were bigger than singles, very comfortable, bathroom had a shower tray approx 4ft x 4ft, it was brilliant. Breakfast were 1st class, everything u would require, best scrambled egg ever. Would totally recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
