1. Technician Arun is helpful and amazing, he just touched the remote control only and the TV worked again. 2. You can have the honeycomb from the breakfast, which is out of my expectation. 3. The room is quiet and clean. 4. The design of the hotel facade is still avant-garde 5. The mini bar is partially complimentary, which is friendly to me.

1. The room is not fully carpeted. 2. it was built in 2011. And of course, you can feel some wear and tear of the interior of the room, but not that much. 3. As a 5 star hotel, please the hotel general manager should train your staff that the gesture of too eager to request your guest to write down a comment is somewhat annoying and not necessary. If your customer is happy and satisfied, they will tend to write an comment for it. So, don't push your customers to do anything, especially Andaz is boasting to be a 5-star hotel.

i were very disappointed with the housekeeping situation, I asked directly one of housekeeping staff to clean bath tub because there was hair stuck in water drain and i show him and told him i want enjoy the tub before check-out and he left and ignored me, and at 11:45 i dialled to operator to send house keeping, so no one comes until my checkout they spoiled my plan before my checkout…

The property is amazing ! Great pool nice staff, everything was really good and our stay was pleasant, rooms are big and comfortable, the thing that suprised me is that there are speakers in the bathroom that we liked very much ! Over all great hotel

The wifi is a bit slower in the hotel, maybe it was only our room, but sometimes we had trouble with online calls. The location is okay, but there are not to many places to eat around, we ate at hotels restaurant and had buffet for lunch, but it was lacking food choices and the price was a bit high. Other than that everything was great !

One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I was pleased to find a spotless and well-maintained environment that immediately put me at ease. It's evident that the hotel takes great care in ensuring a comfortable and hygienic space for guests. The staff at Andaz Hotel truly stood out in terms of their attentiveness and supportiveness. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I felt well taken care of. The team was always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, which greatly contributed to a positive and stress-free experience.

However, I must admit that the menu prices were a bit of a letdown. While the quality of the food was undoubtedly high, the prices seemed disproportionately high in comparison. This was a drawback that slightly affected my overall impression, as it limited my dining options within the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable! You always get a nice view from where you stay, even the gym has a great view! The staff are also very kind, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here and would recommend it, especially if you plan on going to the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque.

Unfortunately our room had a light smell of cigarettes, and as we checked in at 11:00PM, by then there were no other rooms available :( we were so tired we just got over it as the room was clean and nice, but best to ask for a non smoking room when you book if you hate the smell of cigarettes is my only tip :) regardless we would still stay here again as we felt safe and comfortable, just need to request for a non smoking room

We had an amazing experience. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful, going beyond their typical duties to make us feel at home. We travelled with an 8-month-old baby so we had a number of requests, all of which were met immediately and perfectly. I would like to emphasise the support we got from Sanjeev (the hotel's security manager), the staff at the reception, and the staff taking care of our daily room cleaning. Everyone was perfect!

The location of this hotel is great, if you need to work nearby. It is far from the city, so its location is really good if you need to work nearby, for example with ministers or at the conference centre.

Access is confusing and if there is an event in he conference centre traffic is crazy around the hotel premisses. The reception is on an upper floor and you need to get first there, before going to the rooms.

We stayed in a Deluxe King Room. The room was perfect and the bathroom was superb. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent the afternoon at the pool, which is small but very nice. We decided to have dinner in the hotel and ate in Cyan Brasserie. We had the Lamb Rack and Puttanesca - both were delicious and we finished with cocktails in 18 degrees bar. The chocolate negroni was a highlight.

everything from dropping off my car to the valet to handing over my luggage was very smooth. the check in was very fast and easy. the room was spacious and clean. couldn't ask for anything more. The staff was very helpful and go above and beyond to accommodate you. Bahart was phenomenal with his service, always helping with a smile and goes the extra mile.

could not think of anything that can get any better. the only minor inconvenience was having to use two different lifts to get to your room.

Every thing was excellent. However, there was one person in reception his name is Mr. Fruw I guess, he was excellent and professional. He did great things to me to make my stay is very deferent and special. Actually I didn’t except that much professionalism of this hotel as it is not famous to me, however it is exceeded all my expectations. Please keep it up and good luck.
