Staff was amazingly helpful. Syed went above and beyond to help my wife feel comfortable when our car got stuck in the desert sand. He helped get the police to us and was amazing on the phone with my wife calming her down. Check In was great! The pool was magnificent! Such a great hotel.

Beds could be more soft.

We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment was without beds and sheets for the kids

Everything is really good, clean, great helpful staff, fast valet service and excellent in room dine-in selection and taste, great location as close to restaurants, main highways and the airport to avoid rush hour traffic. Keep up the excellent work with friendly staff.

Room lighting is somewhat dim and the pillows were way too soft for my taste, also would've liked some complementary coffee, beverages and snacks etc., To be in the room for guest's welcoming and convenience.

The room is clean; the fixtures are old but well-maintained. The Club Lounge has a fantastic view of AbuDhabi City. The staff in the lounge are friendly; the drink and food canapes are excellent.

However, on my 2nd night, I was greeted by a not-so-nice Filipino male staff in the club lounge who happened to ruin all the good things I had experienced. I asked for a late checkout, which is included in what I pay for, but I was turned down, which is embarrassing but okay. Then, the manager on duty approached me, saying that the extension request was granted. I did not accept it as I was humiliated already in front of other guests; sometimes, some staff needs to be trained and prepared before letting them work at the front desk or deal with people. Otherwise, all the other staff from the previous night and in the morning are fantastic.

My second time to stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it immensely. The rooms are spacious and elegant. The breakfast is terrific, a definite highlight with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful and professional. Love the decor and the design. Will definitely stay here again.

The bar - McGettigan's is outrageously priced. I paid 17 Euro for one drink - a Guinness. I think this is a record - even more than Singapore. Food there also below par but the service is great. I could hear the person in the room next door when he was on his phone which was a bit disappointing. Such a grand hotel that cheapened on sound insulation.

Everything was fabulous! Stay here to feel pampered and get a taste of how the wealthy live. Phenomenal view over the city (we were on 26th floor)--there was even a window in the bathroom; huge room with refrigerator; large shower, large and very comfortable bed; enormous breakfast buffet with every imaginable kind of food; rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi; lovely lobby full of orchids with soothing live music; friendly and helpful staff; so clean you could eat off the floor

The water pressure wasn't great, but that's to be expected on the 26th floor. The location isn't great - kind of far from everything, though there are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you have a car and don't mind driving it's not a problem. Everything was wonderful!

I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick and smooth. I was welcomed with a birthday cake which I didn't expect. The room service was exceptional. The view from my room was stunning. The concierge assistance with the tours was spot on. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many different options. I really liked the overall ambiance of the hotel and all the little details that made my stay a unique one. I'm so happy I made the right choice and booked in Dusit Thani.

Very accommodating staff espeecially those in the reception area. Marc assisted me and offered me 2 hours extension of stay. I appreciate this one since I am coming from Western Region and Gamal(?) Not sure if I spelled it right but took extra effort to tell me and show me the nearest RT PCR location.

We arrived at 1:30am and were greeted by very friendly, efficient staff. Our room and bed were larger than we expected and beautifully decorated - so comfortable which provided us with a much needed deep sleep. The breakfast buffet was amazing - probably the largest I have ever seen - the delicious food choices from around the world was incredible. We were in a Club Room which gave us access to the Club on the 35th floor which was a wonderful space to work in with lovely views, staff and service. The cocktails and canapes in the evening were divine.

Being closer to water and water views would have been preferred.
