Amazing hospitality! Ameena was such a friendly & warm host and we were immediately drawn in. The room was large and spacious; well set up with small kitchenette, washer, sofa & dining table. The shower & toilet were separate but next to each other; the inclusion of a bath tub sweetened the pamper. Lots of restaurants. Didn’t try to pool/ beach as it was too hot. We must coming back after Summer. Location is ideal, near to mall.

I had a chance to stay at your property from October 25-28 2022.  It began with a problem right off the bat. A self-inflicted problem. I was there a day early.  My reservation was not to begin until the next day.  The host could have easily said, I'm sorry, we're full comeback tomorrow, but I had the privilege of meeting and working with Yusef.  Yusef is a "Rock-Star" and I wish I could hire him away to work for me at the new hotel we're developing in Atlanta.  He went above and beyond to assist me and to help me work through challenges I was having with Booking.com related to this booking.   I could really tell he had my best interest at heart and wanted to help me find a workable solution. It got to the point where I just surrendered and told him I will do whatever he directs me to do to resolve this issue.  But even beyond the check-in date issue, I had my two kids and I needed them near me.  He worked it out so that we were able to have a 2 bedroom apartment which thoroughly satisfied my needs.  He even showed me the rooms ahead of time to make sure we were satisfied with our accommodations.  On this trip, I stayed in 7 5-star hotels in 7 cities from Amsterdam to Seoul, and hands down Yusef was the best.  he is truly an asset to your facility and brand.  Keep him happy.

MY STAY WAS TOO SHORT

everything, from the moment we arrived. (We didnt arrive until almost midnight). Asked for a late checkout as our flight was just after midnight, They let us keep the room until 4pm and then we stayed by the pool and used the shower facilities at the gym. They organised a car to the airport , cheaper than the Uber quote and the car was brand new and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The view from our room wasnt great but maybe I should have paid a bit more or asked for a higher floor when I booked.

I definitely like the location. Abu Dhabi mall is practically next to the residence and one can access it directly from the hotel so you do not need to walk on the main road (especially not during summer). I love the fact that, everything you need is right there. There is a mini mart outside the lobby that operates till midnight, so many restaurants that are within walking distance. I travelled with an infant and she absolutely love to hang out by the pool as well as the beach. I would definitely want to mentioned Aehan from the reception and the man who cleans my room on Level 8 daily for providing the best customer service throughout my stay in the residence. Mr.Cleaner cleans my room at odd hours because my I have to wait for my infant to be awake. Mr.Cleaner always shows up with a smile and ready to work. He would also call if I did not ask him to clean the room. All in all, Kudos Aehan and Mr.Cleaner.

Since PCR negative test is no longer required to enter the Abu Dhabi from the airport, the hotel should relax the rule slightly. Most countries/airlines no longer requires PCR test as well. I think having full vaccination should be valid. I was allowed at all the restaurant in the hotel but was not allow to use the gym.

It’s our first time to stay at the Beach Rotana Residences, we enjoyed it. The property is next to Abu Dhabi Mall and in center of Abu Dhabi. We love the room, it is spacious and comfortable, pool and the atmosphere beside the beach at night is so beautiful and relaxing. There was plenty of sunbeds available. We will definitely stay here again!

We are just a bit disappointed with the Filipina receptionist during our check in, we requested a room which has a very good view as we are celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday but she gave us a room with a partial view and a construction site! I requested the same when i booked our room but no avail. Hopefully, in our next stay the reception will grant our request.

There is nothing I didn't like..

Good location, good value. Good and courteous valet and bag carriers very friendly.

I would recommend that the reception team needs to be a little more friendly. I arrived and they where being confrontational with a guest. So this made me a little concerned. In further dealings when we asked to change room the room the service level was very offish.

Good location; easy to get into the city. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and friendly. The beds were very firm—too firm for my liking. Breakfast was good, which my daughter enjoyed a lot. The service was terrific, and the room was 5 stars. Little bit pricy, but it deserved it. Thank you.

Very nice, new clean place to stay. I stayed for nearly a week with work and was happy to have some basic cooking facilities with a shop downstairs. Nice cafe with friendly staff where I worked - very light and happy place. you can have breakfast in the excellent facilities of the hotel next door or enjoy in the residences. Lots of great places to eat outside particularly during the cooler months and in the evening. You can walk to a few places in the centre of the city from here.
