I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I experienced during my recent stay at your resort. Not only did I have the pleasure of celebrating my birthday there, but every aspect of my visit left a lasting impression. I will cherish the memories of my stay at Intercontinental Fujairah Beach Resort and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for making my birthday so special and for creating an experience that will always hold a special place in my heart.

the reception staff was unfriendly. The hotels seems to welcome more over one nationality guest only specifically Russians. They staffs give more attentions in welcoming them and providing them the services.

The hotel's atmosphere is very suitable for family recreation, and suitable for children. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially at Nama Restaurant. The meals were varied and delicious in general, and I would like to thank them for the kind gesture of offering free cake on a special occasion for us, as well as again upon departure.

Lots of mosquitoes during the time we were there (January), no comb or toothbrushes in the room (you have to bring your own), Also I had to carry the stroller up some stairs in the outside facilities, and there is no open, covered area. There are many large umbrellas, but they may not be sufficient to protect from the sun's rays sometimes.

The room was spacious and sparkling clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel Architecture and surrounding gardens generate relaxing atmosphere ideal for families. Breakfast is one of the best I had in hotels.

Beach quality is poor, although it is not responsibility of the hotel. There was a wedding party right in front of our room. To allow such a loud celebration at late night is a tremendous disrespect for the guests. Please make sure no parties are scheduled before you book your stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel, big garden area, beautiful scenery and beach. Very peaceful. Pools were chilled. Kids club was great the kids made tie dye t-shirts, staff were really friendly towards the children.

Food wasn't great, we opted for Half Board and we felt there wasn't a great selection on both dinner and breakfast it was all pretty rubbish so did not feel we had good value for money, We ordered lunch by the pool which was extremely over priced. Life guards round the pool were very rude, not friendly, kept telling the children off. Staff around the kids pool were non existent, I asked for some water he gave 1 bottle when there was 5 of us. Most hotels bring you a bucket with a few bottles, some cups with ice. I had to keep on asking someone to get the staff for drinks. The pool was super quiet nobody around but the staff at the pool were lazy.

We upgraded to club which was a great deal especially as were teachers wanting to escape for a girly weekend, and not having kids around this pool was a bonus. Club includes breakfast which was ample and delicious. The staff were so accommodating and generally could not help us enough. Afternoon tea was also wonderful and the drinks for sundown between 6 and 9pm just wonderful where we saw the most perfect purple sky sunset. Drift was amazing for dinner and the scallops were perfect. The best birthday meal Loved everything about the stay. Going back again in a few weeks as it was so good.

Honestly wouldn't have changed anything

We stayed at IHG Fujairah for the weekend, it was an absolutely amazing experience. My family, especially the kids loved it. Although we went in the summer and the weather was a bit hot still we enjoyed everything. The checkin was smooth, it took some time but not much. Rooms were AMAZING, huge size with a beautiful ocean view. Pools are the best part, especially the infinity pool. They have a kids play area managed by 2 wonderful ladies who engage the kids in healthy activities and games throughout the day. The restaurant NAMA and the breakfast over there is excellent. The food is fresh, tasty and there is a very wide variety to choose from. Special thanks to Phay and Ismael. The valet staff is also very prompt and courteous. All in all we would give it a 9.5 out of 10. A must try for people vacationing in Fujairah. Keep it up guys!!!

The checkin takes time but thats normal for any resort...so no issues

We booked the club room - it was really very good from location stand point -close to everything and not croudy. Staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday and prepared for sleep in the evenings, food was delicious and with big variety of choices.

While booking the club room I haven't seen reference about children related restriction like impossibility to use club pool. We were also told that we can't go to club restaurant with the kid in the evening while just after we left we saw the family sitting there without any comments from the staff. Would be good to clearly mentioned these limitations for this room category.

Excellent customer service. Their smiles will make you feel welcomed. Facilities are clean. We like our junior suite room (much better IF it was a free upgrade 😉) The beach was so nice. Shout our to the staff in club access (Ishor and 1 lady), very accommodating, excellent service. And the staffs in Nama Restaurant (Nyasha, Raisa, Kim, Natalia, Maduranga and Jamil) - very friendly. We had a nice breakfast in the restaurant

Only one pool is available at the moment.. The extra bed was hard, not comfortable But overall, we enjoyed our stay at ICF 😃 😊

Everything is excellent indeed - rooms are comfortable (we had two garden view rooms), staff is very friendable, pools and beach are clean, food is delicious with vast variety (we took breakfast and dinner). We really enjoyed to stay here 5 nights, no problems at all, it was relaxed and calm short vacation.

My recommendation is to include the tea / juice / coffee into the dinner charge, there is no sense to pay it separately from my point of view.

The InterContinental Fujairah Resort on the Indian Ocean is an absolutely delightful place to unwind and relax. I was fascinated by its incredible beauty, wonderful scenery and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was struck by the warm and friendly service of the staff. The staff at the InterContinental Fujairah Resort welcomed me warmly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were attentive to my needs and were always ready to help. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is located on the shores of the beautiful Indian Ocean, and the views from here are simply mesmerizing. Walking along the sandy beach with morning waves, warm rays of the sun and fresh sea breeze was simply unforgettable. I also enjoyed the magnificent sunset that I could watch from the balcony of my room. The room I stayed in was luxurious and stylishly decorated. It offered all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the ocean view from the window was just breathtaking. I also appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the room. Another feature of this hotel is its restaurants. I experienced a real culinary pleasure, enjoying delicious dishes and a variety of cuisines from all over the world. The service in the restaurants was impeccable and the staff were very attentive to detail. Great vacation! Thank you!
