This hotel is a real hidden gem. We were attracted to do a booking based on the pictures we had seen on booking suggesting a very local type architecture. And the hotel clearly exceeded our expectations both in terms of the room as well as the friendliness of the staff. And it was very nicely located close to the local market inviting one to make an evening walk alongside sthe shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nothing that I could suggest here. We will keep the hotel on our "top list" of hotels in the UAE and the Fujairah region in particular.

The location is great, Sharq Souq is just few steps away where you can enjoy traditional food and specialty coffee. The hotel theme is amazing and the houses give off old days vibes. It felt like I was in an old khaleeji series 😍 The houses are cozy perfectly aligned to showcase old Emirati neighborhoods and you get a sense of closeness if you were a group The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Recommendations: 1. It would be great if hairdryer, more towels were supplied. 2. Afternoon fruits basket to house "Fuwalla" would be a good idea and gives off Arabic hospitality vibes.

Water pipes and connections need maintenance as we ran into water heater problems, but the staff were helpful and shifted us to a bigger house, so that was a bonus Pillows are a bit on the hard side.

The location was exceptional, the whole traditional vibe was quite a hype.

1. Although each and every room was open to the outside , there was not a single method to prevent bugs from entering, like screen doors or something. Suffered alot of mosquito bites. 2. Although the place is relatively new, some of the furniture was already broken/loose, things like water faucets, kitchen cabinets..etc. 3. Kitchen not equipped 4. I wished they had more toddler friendly activities. Most of what was there was for older kids. 5. Breakfast was good, service could be better. 6. Parkings ..

WiFi connection disrupted regularly. One phone was unable to connect at all. Could also be a phone issue, but this never happened before. Pillows were too hard for us and the blanket too thick (warm). Mosquitos (March - not an issue of the hotel but something to be aware of)

Nice authentic place. The accommodation looks like restored old traditional Arabic houses. It's fascinating.

Mold smelling AC. And there is no chance to switch them off even in the mid of October, it was too hot. Also, in all our bedrooms AC were directly in front of the beds, which was not good.

No words at all, mind blowing. The place was awesome and the privacy in the villa was amazing. Hats off to the team who gave us a very smiling warm welcome and a send off. I have been to almost 20 countries so far but never had such a good customer service before.

We’ve just had a wonderful stay at Nozol Al Rayaheel in Khorfakkan. This is a serviced accommodation, with huge fridge, microwave, kettle & rings. The Old Souk is next door with loads of lovely cafes and restaurants.

Not a negative, just to note, that if you are cooking your own meals will need to bring everything, as there’s no cutlery, china or pans. Only tea & coffee facilities.

The Hotel have traditional Arabian heritage style rooms, which gave an unique experience from regular or standard hotel rooms. It is situated at a perfect location , few hundred meters to Khor Fakkan Beach and the Old Souq. Perfect choice for a winter gateaway.

There is no dedicated parking area. Also there are no Pool and wellness services available in the premises, you need to go to their alternate premises (oceanic resort) which is located 2 mins drive from this location.

Very spacious house, quiet to relax a little bit in a short stay. The breakfast was very good, including both international and local options. We loved it. They grant access to facilities in another hotel with a swimming pool, gym and private beach, but we didn't have time to go there.

I can't complain about anything, maybe, to say something, the kitchen has no cutterly so, apart from the convenient fridge, it's useless.

I love the style of the houses and the whole resorts. Really something special, that you have your private courtyard! Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very friendly.
