Beautiful hotel smells wonderful and immaculately clean. Service by all staff amazing especially Yousef who made our stay very memorable thankyou 🙏 Fountain room is a must views are unbelievable 😍 Pool is beautiful and again views amazing beautiful cabanas surrounded area and towels and ice water laid out by wonderful staff. Breakfast was great choice and staff were very attentive and efficient. Ideal location a calm in the middle of the craziness of the heart of the city.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was excellent except for the Thai restaurant. The location couldn't be better. Very convinient to everything. The pool side lounge and Al Bayt food and service was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. The location was very convinient to the mall and Burj Khalifa. Walking distance. The property grounds are well maintained and beautiful.

The carpets and fixtures are a bit old. The first few days housekeeping was lacking. They took the shampoo and conditioner bottles but didn't replace them. Didn't replace the drinking glasses and didn't hve fresh water bottles either. Last couple of days of our stay the room attendant named Bablu did a fantastic job of cleaning. Not only did he replace and add items, he left towel sculptures on the bed that were very welcoming. The Thai restaurant was overpriced and the food was not very good. Our Shrimp and fish was overdone and not as flavorful as the other restaurant's food was.

middle eastern always get a bad rep but people doesn’t understand that the culture is based on friendliness. people are friendly here and at the palace downtown the make sure you feel at home. Don’t hesitate to book, just Beacuse palace downtown have 8.8 on booking, its for a fact a 9.2 .Dont overthink, just book and and enjoy!

Dinner at Thiptara by the fountain was unforgettable. All staff were sensational, welcoming and happy to assist. Breakfast was abundant in choices.

The view from Thiptara restaurant was much better than the Fountain room we booked as well. So as an alternative I would recommend just booking dinner instead of the fancy room to see the gorgeous view of the Burj and the fountain show

The hotel must improve the breakfast if you stay is only for 2-3 days it's ok, but for a week you see the same menu, it's not varied. the menu do not offer more local plates to taste the amazing Emirati food that I tasted outside of the hotel.

The location is fantastic. Across the fountain from the Burj. Excellent people working here! I had a bit of a misunderstanding at check in but they were helpful and explain the confusion later. (see below) Excellent breakfast! Friendly staff. If I ever find myself back in Dubai I will stay here again!

I reserved a "fountain view" and when I got to the room I had a palm tree view. (see photo) I decided to get an upgrade and treat myself for my birthday. So I did. Got an EXCELLENT room (680) and a nice view of the Burj and fountain! Unfortunately I drank some of the sodas in the minifridge, at almost 1000 dollars a night, and since there was no menu or price list, I figured they were included. Warning... they are not! 60 dollars for 7 sodas.

Location, cleanliness and awesome customer service team. The spa and refreshment facility after checking out was a big bonus. The hotel connects to the mall hence lots of choices in terms of eatery. Housekeeping was very attentive and every corner was cleaned during my stay. Facing the fountain I enjoyed watching the shows from my air con room . The valet service team were friendly and helpful. They were constantly on their feet. Luggage was attended without a long wait. I see employees cleaning the pool, the fountain non stop all day ..... This is insane. The fresh flowers were arranged everyday and it smells so good.

Ewaan breakfast and seafood night not at a 5 star hotel standard. Example - prawns were bigger than their lobsters. Only one flavour to choose on selection for seafood, not really a seafood night. It seems to be just like a normal buffet. Food flavours are not as good as other 5 star hotels. Even breakfast is nowhere near a 5 star food standard. The restaurant service is very good however not the taste of the food. Even the croissants are not fluffed.

The location is ideal if you want to stay in downtown. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is great and the restraint has a nice view.

Sometimes, security would ask taxis to drop off guests (with kids) before they reach the hotel entrance. The security guards act like they work in a high intelligence office or something, albeit the more senior staff are polite. The idea itself that they think it is ok for hotel guests to be dropped far from the gate because they cannot manage the traffic is pathetic.

The service provided by Lasto Room service and the exceptional attention to detail. And from Buhayra lounge’s Ebrahim and Ashraf truly made my stay unforgettable. At first, there was an issue with the room selection by Sonia, the receptionist, as it differed from the one I had booked. However, Mr. Osama swiftly resolved the problem

- the hotel is piece of Art of traditional luxury with very special Arabian music and nice refreshing Smell from the door - they assign dedicated 4-5 workers in line just to welcome all coming and going guests. In addition two elegant ladies at the lobby area to asses guests , salama one of the kindest one . - there is Small coffee corner with helper as well - the lobby is huge with two layers , the furniture is classic, vintage, luxurious.. - the room are very big with large Balconies and big washrooms - very clean, everywhere - huge space and corridors - huge landscape as if you are at resort not hotel . - at the night you can enjoy the Bahar out doors lounge with astonishing views over the lakes and the Khalifa tower.. - the spa is another beautiful story, specially Delta ( or Deta) is amazing Indonesian, from Bali Massagers - when i asked to extend the check out for extra two hours for both rooms , they never hesitate and immediately they nicely accepted. - the in room service food is very delicious and so clean, all service staff are wearing Tuxedo .. - the bed and below so comfortable, make go deep, un interrupted Good sleep - can reach Dubai mall via passing through Bahar Souq , enjoying every moment of the walk ( restaurant, starbucks, huge supermarket, shops , etc..) , then you pass via very small bridge that is just shaded now ot totally closed but very enjoyable and at the end you enter Dubai mall via one of its largest gate passing via the famous fountain - it was very special, Unique, resort like experience hotel at the heart of Busy city .

- The restaurant food wasn’t at the luxurious level of the hotel at all .. - The main restaurant is EWAN at summer , unfortunately it kind of Smells while other hotel part is incredibly Clean with refreshing Smell in every corner - the reservations was Rooms at the lake view but one of the rooms was the garden view in front of the Tai restaurant and other one was at the very end tail of the lake - No Hair Salons - The Balcony is amazing but you can hear all the outside Noise, specially the fountain huge pumps
