very good choice for quick in and out business trip especially if you’re on a budget. tho it was very cheap the standards held very high. exceeded my expectations 100 times over ! just as an example I’ve stayed one day (not even a night) in Hilton and that costed me same amount as entire week stay in this great Citymax hotel. never had a feeling that I’ve underpaid before :) quite nice feeling I must say. room service quick and surprisingly tasty meals. room had a bath and a shower which is always a winner for me. the area was very convenient for me as its 8 minutes dive away from the heart of Dubai and under 20 minutes to airport. best choice I’ve made in a while ;)

Good location, comfortable room and no noise

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and 3 times we had problems with towels - every time after cleaning they would either leave a set of towels for one person only or no large towels at all. How can one miss such a thing in a hotel? Moreover, when we arrived the receptionist told me that the reservation was canceled because we didn’t arrive on the booked date (our flight landed after midnight so we had made a reservation on the day before) and she did not approach us politely.

I booked a room for my friend from (2_4)oct2023 The hotel is very Clean. The room is very comfortable. But it's shame for hotel like citymax business bay hotel to steal mony form the guests becauce they refused to return the deposit mony when he checked out.

Very nice hotel, the staff is always ready to help and answer all your questions. Breakfast is fantastic, highly recommend to try masala tea there. The pool is small, but quiet, and you can easily get your portion of sun before the scorching hours.

The only difference between an "executive" room and normal double room is that the "executive" room is on the quietest floor in the building. All the other things that were advertised in the description were either absent or had to be asked about. Still worth it, though.

The service was great, staff were friendly, my room was clean and was cleaned every day. The restaurants downstairs are great and the discount for them is good value. My bed was comfy and the aircon in my room was brilliant.

The location isn't great. Although you are close to downtown Dubai if you haven't got a car you have to get a taxi everywhere as the transport links around the hotel are poor and there is nothing worth seeing in business bay. There is always a taxi available outside but the cost of paying for a taxi every day was expensive. Making me think that the low cost of the hotel wasn't worth it as I probably paid more on taxi fares than I would have if I was in the marina or downtown Dubai. Breakfast was also a bit limited.

the value of course is 1st, Comfortability and Cleanliness is 2nd, Good Restaurant in the Lobby and 24hrs Room Services is the 3rd.

Very close to downtown and close to multiple companies head quarters in business bay. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. 24/7 cafe in the lobby is very convenient. Very clean and tidy.

The mattress is quite stiff, bit the best quality. Quality of soap / shampoo isn’t that good, you’re better off getting your own, or buying from the supermarket across the street (walking distance)

The location of hotel is very practical because you are in the center within 5-10 minutes with the taxi. The reception at the hotel was perfect, the reception officers helped us to book the rooms on the same floor, they helped us with the taxi service, exchange the money etc. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is cozy, breakfast offers various food, sweets, salads, fruits.. In the hotel there is also a nice restaurant that offers Asian food (delicious), bar with the spacious terrace.... We had very late flight back home and we could leave all our luggage for the whole day in the hotel storage room. W can strongly recommend this hotel.

I came a day late to my check in (I contacted the hotel to inform them of flight delays) to find that not only I was already charged in my bank account for a night, but there was no rooms for me. I had to speak to a manager who 'reactivated' my booking to find me an 'emergency' room. Night reception staff are horrible. They should be more welcoming to people travelling hours and hours long arriving to the hotel tired.
