This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Since it was established in September, everything is brand new. The room has excellent amenities. The lighting control in the room is great. The TV offers many channels. The food at the hotel is outstanding. I had butter chicken, pizza, burgers, and spaghetti twice. Ahmed and Shaden are very kind, and everyone is always smiling. Breakfast is good. The pool is nice. The location of the hotel is excellent. Polite and organized drivers are always available at the entrance. The bathroom is fantastic and very clean. The service is exceptional. I can't find a single negative point. I will definitely come back again because I enjoy my time here. It truly feels like home.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly, polite, kind. They try to solve any problem you have, very communicative and always smiling. The room was very neat, tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady did her job very well every day. The greatest thing of all, was the breakfast at the hotel. The chef made fresh egg omlette in front of you with your choice of additional ingridients. Breakfast for all tastes and ages.

There is not much sun at the pool after 12 am. Otherwise the pool is great, but becomes cold and shadowed very early in the day.

The hotel is very good. The car entrance can be a bit unclear for taxis, so we guided them upon arrival. A sign might help with this. The hotel is very clean and well-organized. The lobby is small but modern, with drinks available for arriving guests, which is a nice touch. The staff is always smiling, especially at breakfast, which is so important. Breakfast was good. I ordered spaghetti one night and really enjoyed it. I was suffering from a cold, but staying here made me feel better. The room was spacious with a nice view, and the pool was great. Overall, I’m happy with my choice after doing a lot of research.

Breakfast

The property is very modern, equipped with the newest features and equipment. Everything is super clean, we loved staying here. The hotel has a shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Kite beach, taxis can be called within seconds. Staff are all very happy to help you, making our stay exceptional. ❤️🙏

The hotel had very good rooms. Clean but basic. Did not have iron or board but was sent one up by request immediately. Breakfast was excellent. Does not have any real place to sit and meet customers besides the breakfast room on Mez floor

The exit from this area (business bay) is time consuming to get onto Sh Zayed Rd and for this reason please allow at least 15/20 min more during rush hour. Does not really have any dining options

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and spacious. They surprised us with a small cake in the room for our honeymoon celebration which was very appreciated!

The breakfast wasn't the best compared to other hotels, but still good.

I had a great experience at ramada hotel. The room was clean, well-furnished, and the bed was super comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d definitely return.

The location was a little remote, not particularly walkable to nearby amenities, but that’s true for much of Dubai.
