I love the library concept, the quietness that i needed to revitalized myself after the exhaustion or stress from work. Neat and nice ambience of the lobby. I was assisted with charming smile of the receptionist when i requested to relocate my room since my neighbor was noisy (it was connecting room). I like the gym facility especially the treadmill with video track, it makes me feel like i'm running outdoor. I like the double glass made which minimizes the noise from outside road. I like the timing of the breakfast 7-11am which allows ample time to relax...do exercise before meal.

Perhaps it's the ambience of my room... cute small, it was clean and neat, probably because it was summer hot here in the desert and i was wishing to have seen greens outside my window. the construction ongoing which is understandable. Wish to visit next time.

Housekeeping staff Jalil Ahmed and his supervisor Danish ensured my room was always spotless. Sherzaman provided outstanding service during breakfast at Wagha Border, making mornings delightful. The facilities are top-notch, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is perfect for both business and leisure.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. Every aspect exceeded my expectations, from the cleanliness and top-notch facilities to the exceptional service provided by the staff.

The suite is beautiful, very clean and the spa tub is just amazing! The staff are extremely friendly! I love it!!!

It's my very first time staying in this hotel and since the beginning I was so happy and pleased that the front desk lady Khin was welcoming. She gave me a room upgrade with early check-in. My trip was very long and I arrived there earlier than the hotel check in time . She explained all the details and she was so friendly. She makes me feel like I am at my home . I can't express how I was pleased with her professional way . Everyday she greeted me with a big smile on her face. She is always full of energy and she is willing to assist at any time . It was my business trip and I will recommend to my friends as well to go there and meet with Khin . Will definitely come back again . See you again Khin . ( Keep up the good work )

Nice location, on quiet site. It offers drinks which is a plus for those interested. Have a nice restaurant/bar for sports enthusiasts. Staff are great helpful and courteous. Special shout out to Room Attendant HK. HASAN always surprised us with beautiful and romantic Towel Origami. Dhev was really helpful with check in. This was my second visit in this hotel and staffs really improved. Will be back for third time too anytime I am in Dubai again.

Unfortunately we requested Water and Ms Khin incorrectly assumed we had already received our water for the day. This may be the only hotel that wasn’t willing to give water and ended up blaming the Manager.

The accommodations for the breakfast, dinner, after hours, front desk crews (Khin, 2 other staff members), cleaning crew (Jahid). The hotel is safe, inviting atmosphere whether for family, couples or friends. If you want a relaxed, quiet, less noisy atmosphere with a gym, pool, library and place to work, then this place will suit your needs with quality service and accommodations. Taxi service (1) and Uber (2) are inexpensive travel options.

The location is a little distance (20-25 min) from areas of the city for tourist attractions, shopping, events, local culture area, etc. But this is not a negative comment. Avoid use of private transportation.

It's our second home and we love and always come back to the same place just because we got special treatment from her . No matter she is always smiling and greeting. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, starting with the incredibly helpful ladies at the check-in desk who accommodated my early check-in request at 9am and even upgraded my room! The room was tidy, with noticeable attention to detail in housekeeping, such as positioning the shower head towards the wall to prevent accidental splashes of cold water. After work, their sports bar is an excellent place to unwind with quick service, great snacks and bar food, and a massive screen to watch football/cricket matches. Their nachos are among the best I've had. The breakfast at Wagah Border the next day was decent, offering plenty of variety. Upon exiting, the manager kindly offered me a cup of coffee to go. Overall, the staff operates efficiently and genuinely cares for their guests. Kudos to their management team for their excellent service! I'm definitely staying here for my next business trip.
