Cleanliness of the room, good facilities and swimming pool, also a variety of coffee shops and restaurants inside the hotel.

Staff is somehow not helpful, I asked for a late checkout, they left me without a response, didn't accept or reject my request and asked me to wait until check out time to see if it can be extended which is not reasonable. What's the point to wait until original check out time if I am going to wake up and pack my things early anyway! They could have rejected my request better than running away from a certain answer.

Exceptional good and friendly house keeping staff, I would like especially say thanks to Said Reddy and Manish house keeping. The room was always clean and tidy, they always offered free water, room service was immediate. The room itself spacious, new and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and has a nice view Common spaces are super nice with new iMacs to work, high speed wifi and a lot of seating areas.

The check in process was confusing: our room was ready only 3 hours after the check in time. We arrived at 3PM and were offered a different room with the words that we were upgraded. However, in reality, we were offered the same room with double bed (instead twin beds) and extra bed. The photo of this extra bed is provided. I believe it’s a shame for 5 start hotel to keep such bed in use. So it took a while of negotiation with the reception to get the room we have booked. The staff at reception always felt like understaffed and overwhelmed with duties. Once we got the right room, everything was nice and smoothly. Additionally no one informed that the skyline swimming pool is not working. These two point were the only issues for us.

Exquisite hotel. Very beautiful design and the room as well is spacious, large windows, nice bathroom with a bathtub and large shower. Loved the pool area, the entertainment and shisha/food. The cafe was hands down my favourite. I wish I knew the names of all the staff working in the cafe, they were beyond amazing. The cafe was beautiful, I was able to work there with no disruption. Also worked from the business center which was amazing.

Check in was very hectic. There’s always a lot of people in the lobby. Elevators take too long. Also location is far from everything. Paid atleast 70-90 AED to get from A to B with a taxi from this hotel.

location. you will need a car as the closest tourist attraction is the JBR and its around 20 mins drive

We had an amazing time at this clean and spacious roomed hotel. There were five levels of free parking with direct access to the hotel. The staff were fantastic in particular a gentleman named Ola the concierge manager, he went above and beyond with helping me with a difficult situation I had with my rental car. He had patience and was very attentive to what I needed. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank him again for his service and hospitality.

Overall excellent . .Ala from the Reception is a great member . Lucky to have her in your hotel . Very helpful and professional attitude and working under pressure during the check in process with lots of guests waiting , she has good skills and Very welcoming us . I appreciate her hard work .

The toothpaste which is kept in the rooms is not useful . And the arabic bread in the restaurant located in R floor needs to be another type . Honestly its not fresh since this is a cheap product and main for us , so please look into it .

Room was super and with good view from both side room and hall. Washroom so cleaned. Staff at reception Mohit was good and soft spoken guy.

Security behaviour with wife while reach at hotel. He didnt agree to take out luggage from car and even didnt take car for valet parking. His way of speaking was also not good For check-in we waited for 1 hr at the counter. We reached 2:40 pm around while checking time is 3:00pm. We have got keys 3:40PM approx. Slow process. Wi fi in the room is also not good. Its very slow and not stable connections. So we used our mobile data plan most of the time.
