I liked the room set up and the large TV. It was good to have the balcony furniture to sit out on. The pool area was good.

Production City isn't near a metro although a bus does drop you off nearby. The kitchen area for the three-bedroom apartments is a little small although for the two-bedroom apartments you get a lot of space.

We stayed here for ten days. For the first five days, a parrot that was in the neighboring building and making noise deprived us of our comfort so that we could not sleep from 7 in the morning. And we could not rest anymore. Three-bedroom units do not have a living room or a dining table, and cooking and eating are difficult due to limited space. In general, none of the units are suitable for more than 3 guests. But it was clean

Ideal place for a freelancer: a brand-new cozy room with shared kitchen and bathroom (3 rooms in a segment). Kitchen is well thought and has everything required for cooking, eating and storing the food, there is also a washing machine (7kg) and a light disassembly clothes dryer in your room . On the first floor there is a great co-working with adjacent area outside where people can work on the fresh air. Co-working has conf.call rooms for those on calls, quiet area (not really), and general space with coffee machine and water. They also have a gym, which is not large, but it has all essentials for working out and cardio. There is also a dirty room for those who like arts (I never been there), room with playstation5. Community managers are available and restlessly organize some events, and they are responsive to various requests. I believe the general age profile of the guests is around 25 years +/- 5, some people have children and pets. There is often a lot of music, fun in the pool area, there are regular parties on weekends. Everyone speaks English, but there are plenty of Russian-speaking guests. The overall atmosphere is civilized, relaxing and friendly

There is no laundry around, shopping mall is quite far - I mainly use delivery services (average delivery time is 30 mins). Audio isolation of room is not quite good (since there are no carpets ), you may well hear your neighbours and noise from the cooking area. It takes some time to get used to it.

The staff are amazing so is the whole community of people who live there honestly best place to stay if you are new to Dubai, good way to make friends plenty of events and activities to take part in if you wanted to,

price goes up a lot after summer months wish they kept prices the same rate for the existing tenants. Also some room mates can turn out to be thieves so watch out I had some of my kitchen equipment stolen when she moved out.

It was very serene and decently priced, the team was friendly and the the Idea for co-living makes make it a little less lonely being so far out of town.

I didn’t get cleaning as often as I had expected, didn’t mind doing the cleaning myself tho. However, I would have appreciated cleaning at least once a week, noticed someone cleaned up a day to my departure tho.

Water and tissue not available in the room. Tea and coffee was also not provided or not convenient to use as it is in another floor, but no cups .

Facilities

The staff and people are very friendly and as a Property Advisor it helps being able to network at the many weekly events Youco organises. The apartments are very good value for money and there are daily buses to help you get to where you need to be as the bus stop is a few 100meters away. There is a nice refreshing pool with lifeguard on duty, gym and sizeable chill area along with a co-working facility with free coffees. Sunday's there is free fruits for brunch with live DJ. Awesome place to meet new people from all over the world.

The room rates varying daily. If you can keep it consistent this place is a winner for sure
