Realy we did not try the restaurant we were preparing our breakfast inside our apartment. We want to extend our gratitude for the excellent welcome , excellent hospitality ,and services received from: Mr. Omar , Ms Caty ,Anuta,Irene.Shikha,Sabry,Anil and Nazeer.

I am fully satisfied with the accommodation in every respect. The rooms are exactly the same as the pictures, the bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste) were replenished every time the room was cleaned. Water, coffee and tea were provided every day. The rooms are very clean, spacious, everything is beautiful. Anyone coming from Hungary should bring a socket converter as it is not up to our standard. The breakfast has a wide choice and everything is very tasty. The hotel also has sports facilities, well worth trying. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they helped us with everything during our stay. I would especially like to mention Natalie, one of the ladies, and Mohamed, one of the gentlemen, who we could contact every day for help, taxi bookings or any other queries. The location of the hotel is also very good, with shops and metro station nearby, but also a taxi ride to the major attractions. I would recommend Golden Sands 10 Apartments to everyone, next time I am in Dubai I would stay here again.

Love the location of the hotel! It is easily accessible if you don’t have your own car as it’s strategically located to 2 Metro Stations (ADCB & Burjuman). If you do have a car, they have a private parking with lots of spaces. The facilities are new and their cleanliness is highly commendable. They also offer tour packages to different spots in Dubai (theme parks, water parks, tourist spots, etc.). The staff - especially Irene and Nazeer who helped us check-in and checked-out respectively as well as the housekeeping team - are all very kind and helpful. Overall excellent service and would love to come back here.

The staff was extremely kind and courteous to us; one of my friends had an ankle injury because she was on crutches, and they were kind enough to let us complete the check-in procedure in the room rather than wait in the reception. They also accommodated all our requests and were gracious enough to let us use two parking spaces instead of only one. Overall, I felt that the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I want to especially thank Anuja, Irene, Jad, Omar, Nazeer, Nathalie, and Terrence for all the help and support provided.

despite the building being old from the outside. The renovation of the interiors and especially the top floors made the place almost new and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. a special thanks to Omar, Sabry, Irene, Catty, Avel & Avola.

Two things for improvement: - The bed mattress in the Master Bedroom wasn't of high quality. - Car access to the basement of the parking has a very narrow entrance and exit. I hope they can make it wider especially for large SUV's which are long and wide they find challenging to enter the parking area.

The apart Hotel felt like home with nice comfortable amenities and very friendly and helpful staff . we originally booked two nights and were booked into another hotel. but after one night we decided to add an extra night and reduce the other hotel to one night. There is a lovely clean pool, which we did not get to use as we were out a lot. apartment was very modern including bathroom extendable clothes line and integrated bedside tables with lights and sockets. the breakfast buffet was nice with lots of choice . The hotel manger was also very friendly and made us feel very welcome

Very helpful staff. Clean overall. The location is a bit off center, but that's OK: we took taxis anyway.

The first apartment we got had a really smelly bathroom. Also, its windows were facing a minaret, so we got woken up at 5am next (Friday) morning. While muezzin's singing was really good, being non-Muslim, we would have preferred to sleep longer. After we complained about the smell in the bathroom, we were immediately moved to a different apartment on the opposite side of the building. Even got some cookies there!

It was very nice stay in Golden Sands Suits 10 , They have great , cooperative & very kind staff in all of the departments specially in reception: Manager Omar , Irene , Anuja & Nazir , they really do their best to facilitate everything during our stay 😍. The apartments are very clean & has enough space with all the things you need . The location also so good in quiet area & most of the services are near.
