Location was good and the staff were quite helpful. kitchen was well equipped and clean.

the washroom had leaky faucets and the water from the shower would always spill over to the floor and wasn’t contained in the tub. So the washroom was wet most of the time. also, the storage cupboard was clubbed with washroom limiting access.

I had a great stay in Savoy Suites Hotel Apartment. The staff took care of all my requests. Mr. Prakash was very helpful and accomodated all of my requests including an early check in. Extremely hospitable and helpful. Mr. Prakash also helped us with all our queries and guided us with information we needed to go around Dubai. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a nice hotel apartment. Thanks for the hospitality Mr. Prakash and staff at Savoy Suites.

Staff is excellent - very prompt, attentive and super pleasant. The location is convenient but not close enough to any specific metro if you're travelling with elderlies in the family. Food was great - breakfast options were quite diverse. The rooms are spacious and well organized. The amenities are top notch. This place is highly recommended for family stays, long stays, and to allow you an easy access to the Bur and Deira Dubai areas. The locality is quite peaceful and there are supermakets located at convenient distances.

Breakfast time - food temperature isn't managed in case you come in for a late breakfast and some food items are less palatable when cold and chewy (like waffles etc).

As an American world traveler, I must say that the service provided at Savoy Suites was probably the best I’ve experienced in my travels, not taking into an account a negative encounter with another guest. I stayed there for a month, and the staff was great! When my daughter and I arrived, Charlene came to the room with us and showed us all the amenities and asked did we have any questions. Thank you. Housekeeping made sure we didn’t need to ask for anything. The first time I didn’t have to ask for tissue. Thank you. Paul, the manager, helped alleviate my concerns with the guest in Room 409, who kept playing his music loud (and was very rude to me when I asked him to turn it down, stating that he had been there for 3 years). Paul offered me an upgrade and free breakfast, which had a wide selection of appetizing foods. Shubham also tried to help me with the issue with the rude guest in Room 409. Thank you. Also, when my daughter got sick, they gave us a complimentary health kit. Thank you. As for the location, it is conveniently located to many ethnic restaurants and also the metro. The downside of the location is that there are many pornographic ‘massage’ cards/flyers strewn all over the ground for blocks throughout Bur Dubai. You see them as you walk here and there. Savoy Suites was diligent in making sure the cards were removed from in front of their property. Thank you. Lastly, the property looked great! Completely renovated. Everything new and clean.

Everything was perfect! The whole hotel staff was really kind and they’ve always smiled to us. The room was clean ever day. We had a really big room with a small kitchen, which was really good as we could do warm dinner for ourselves. The location is great, the Metro is just a few minutes away from the hotel but in the morning there was also a free shuttle bus to the closest station. They also had a return shuttle to the beach, they’ve even gave us towels. :) The breakfast was also good, there were different selections every day! One of the elevators broke down in the morning but at the end of the day it was fixed!! The price was really good as well. I recommend this place :)

Right from my check in time till i checked out, the staffs are friendly, provides countless assistance and support when you need them. The facilities you need in a 2 bedroom apartment. Paul, Prakash & Menjoy at the front desk very helpful, friendly and gives good explanation and help when needed. Mohit and Jasweer from the restaurant - serves guests during the breakfast and very accommodative. Chandan- the housekeeper keeps the room clean and provides any assistances you needed for the room with a smile. Hats off to the Savoy team. I will choose to stay in when i visit Dubai with family again. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends,

None. However as a suggestion ,to have a standing shower in one of the two bathrooms instead bathtub in the 2 bedroom apartment. I was staying with my small kids and elderly parents. Getting in and out the bathtub was little challenge for them , considering the risk and potential hazard if anything goes wrong. Fortunately , all was okay but it would be great if they can consider to have standing shower to be friendly with senior citizen and small kids.

Warmed welcome from Reception on our arrival, we were taken to our room and got a brief explanations about the room facilities. Room very cleaned. After 1hour we received a surprise door bell rang with a surprise 🎂 for my mum. It was wow!!🤩 Vanilla sponge cake. We always look forward for our breakfast while on holidays, again WOW waiters were nice and attended to our requests professionally.. There's an amazing Karak Chai make sure to try it. We also tried room service food order again 10/10 no complain. They have nice roof top pool and outdoor jacuzzi. With standby lifeguard 👍🏾 we felt safe. The studio room fully equipped with a latest washing machine model as well that's the reason we booked there again👍🏾👍🏾 and we'll done Savoy Dubai.We definitely coming back we felt like home☺️☺️☺️

Our booking offer is only for room alone, so no breakfast is applicable to us. So, we can't able to add later due to pre-booking, If we want to add up which would be more expensive than listing.. Huge difference between through online and offline.. Overall experience is good. This is my second trip through booking.com website, definitely value for money.. no doubt about that.. In addition to that lot of other facilities, like Gym, Swimming Pool, Sauna, etc... we have not utilised any.. Due to 9 day dubai tour planned as per our schedule. You plan your visiting places well in advance and buy tickets in advance for comfort.

In night time, chiller plants are switched off, in the mid night air circulation is not there... We faced suffocation in the room.

Thanks for the great service for the past five days when we visited for our daughter’s first birthday and right from mannar(helper) and receptionist people everybody was so calm and attended our queries on time. It’s not an asked review and we wanted to whole heartedly spent quality time over there. It was literally home away from home. i was able to cook for my baby hassle free and the utensils were so clean and everyday the cleaners used to clean rooms and kitchen areas while we were back which was a great relief. Dont ever have any second thoughts of dtaying here because every tourism places were nearby and it was super worthy♥️

It wasn’t about negative review but can add some more indian foods in buffet in morning which is just a suggestion but can also understand you need to serve all international people too.

We stayed at Savoy Suites for two weeks. Breakfast was fantastic with both regional and continental options. The location was very convenient eighther for the metro or car, we found it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Our room at the back of the buiding was spotless and quiet, for a good night of sleep after a day of intense exploring of Dubai. But most importantly of all, the Savoy Suites team made us feel at home! Thanks guys (hand over heart), we hope to see you again in the near future!
