Hotel was great and upto the standards. staff was super helpful especially Stefany at the reception. simple and easy check-in and check-out at reception. room was equipped with every facility and a nice view of dubai frame from the room. close to 2 metro stations and bus stops. you can easily find a lot of indian/pakistani/Chinese/fastfood restaurants around hotel. Carrefour and burjuman mall is on walking distance. nice view of dubai skyline from rooftop. would definitely stay there again soon.

1. No smart TV in my room. old gen TV with their own IPTV connection. but that problem was sorted out by staff, they gave me HDMI cable but still it could only be controlled by master remote which the tech guy could keep only. 2. one corner lamp light stayed on all the time, it couldn't be turned off at night which bothered sleep occasionally. 3. AC temperature control was not adjustable from room so some times it was freezing cold. (regarding 2 & 3, there was a control pannel but it was not working for these 2 things in my room).

I liked the pool on the roof, the bar/restaurant on the top floor was also nice with a good selection of drinks and great views. Rooms were nice and comfortable, well kitted out and clean. The overall value for money for the hotel was very good - I would stay again.

Breakfast was average - there was a wide selection but the quality of some of the food was not as good as I expected. I was surprised the hotel did not have a gym - it wasnt advertised as having one so thats OK but I was surprised a 5 star hotel didnt have one. Sauna and Steam room were turned both off when I went to them and whilst I could have turned them on it would have taken 20 mins or so for them to warm up which wasnt worth the effort

Breakfast smells awful (smoke from the kitchen). Every day after breakfast, clothes had to be changed because of the smell

Everything was excellent from Front Desk to Bell boys n the ones cleaning the rooms.This time around even a supervisor could come twice a day to see if rooms were cleaned well and ask if any other amenities were needed.Tht was really a plus point for me.Am really impressed with the overall care n standard of the Hotel

At times the lifts were too busy .U can wait for long for it despite being Abt 4 lifts.

The property is quite perfect for us and we made a good bonding and celebrate our friends birthday, whatever we request also the staff provided to us and they are friendly. Only 1 thing I didn’t like is part of our stay is to swim and the reception told us we can swim until 10pm but sad the attendee in the rooftop told us that the pool is closed already and we cannot swim anymore and that time it just 8:30pm

Miscommunication maybe from the staff, if they know it’s closed some of their facility they must inform the reception so they will not advise to us.

This is an excellent place - i have stayed here more than a dozen times. Like this location. Staffs are friendly. I can leave luggage for few days if I am returning back to this same hotel. This helps me a lot as from Dubai, I travel for a short time to international locations due to my work, then come back to this place.

they stopped two-way shuttle to Dubai mall (going and return). Now they only have going, with no return option. I hope the management looks at this matter and changes it back to what is was before (i.e. both ways). This was one of my attractions to stay here.

Room was excellent, well presented with full range of furniture, work station, coffee table & chairs, ottoman at foot of the bed, dressing table. Well equipped large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath etc. Buffet breakfast with full range of choice to meet multiple tastes. Coffee bar on ground floor with hot/cold beverages and sandwiches'/cakes if you liked a snack. Location was great, central to many night clubs, local shopping and burjiman mall just across the road.

This hotel is beyond amazing! From the moment I stepped into my room I was blown away. The reception staff gave me a fantastic room with an unbelievable view! The lobby staff were always friendly. The spa staff looked after me. The restaurant staff very welcoming. The facilities are fantastic! It even has a club with great singers and waiters!

The only issue was the payment process. It was confusing as the hotel charged my bank for the money before I arrived, but didn't take the payment. Then when I checked out they charged me again saying this time they would take the money and the previous charge would be released to my account. This meant that 2 charges were taken and I now have to wait for one to be returned. Caused a lot of problems and could have scuppered my visit altogether.

I liked the room size, it was bigger than what we get for the same price in India. I stayed there from 14th till 20th with my husband. We got room on 4th floor. It was clean, ventilation was good. Bathroom.was big and clean. Toiletries like shampoo, body wash, soaps, toothbrush, were daily filled up. Room cleaning done daily. Staff at the hotel were courteous and prompt. Travel desk was very helpful as they arranged for a desert safari and burj khalifa + aquarium tickets. That was amazing. They even allowed to extend checkout to 1:30 PM on request and 20% discount on breakfast buffet once. Overall stay was comfortable 😌

Overall it was amazing and pleasant. Can't think of any unpleasant moment. They could have offered us a room on a higher floor or given us complementary breakfast for few days if not for all 6 days. Though what we got fir the price we paid that we got from booking.com was unbeatable. My first international trip in a city like Dubai and a hotel like Park regis was a dream. That too was my birthday on my checkout on 20th August. It was very special. Thanks

Great service is all about making customers feel welcome and valued, I was very well received, and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful!! I arrived early in the morning, and the check-in time was in the afternoon. However, they were able to provide me with a room:) I was delighted because I was tired; spacious/clean room with all necessary amenities and well maintained, room very spacious. I can't comment on wifi because I bought a local sim card with internet. On request, they do have a smoking room. A lovely roof-top pool with a great view, the restaurant on the 19th floor with beautiful views as well. If you like clubbing on M floor there is a night club which is manage by someone else, I enjoyed it... The airport is only 15 minutes away. Walking distance, BurJuman Mall and there are numerous Indian restaurants nearby. You'll have to venture out for international cuisine. I only stayed for two nights and had my meals other areas.

The only thing that disappointed me was the breakfast, which I did not enjoy because it was not to my liking; it was more of an Indian breakfast.
