I stayed in this hotel during a short layover in Dubai. The hotel is located within walking distance of Al-Ghurair mall on backstreet facing away from the main Al-Rigga Road. The hotel is a short walking distance from Al-Rigga metro station and is near busy street full of restaurants and business. Price was very reasonable. Room was wonderful and checking quick. Generally great experience.

it is a good value hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The location was ideal because it was located within walkable distance to the union station so it is perfect for those who want to use public transportation in Dubai. The staff was very helpful and friendly especiallyIslam and Azar. The main manager is usually around if you have any issues to help you I will probably stay there again if I come back to Dubai

there was an incident where one of the employees try to open my room with the master key card by mistake but the manager and the rest of the staff reassured me that it was a mistake and the issue was immediately resolved by the manager and security

My husband and I really liked the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful. Especially Lubna on reception along with her other colleagues. In the restaurant, Uttam was very helpful (especially his milk tea was perfect), as well as Idrees and the girl. They were all amazing people. During our stay we were very comfortable there. Atmosphere was very family friendly, and the hotel was located in the heart of the town with 25 hours of restaurants and convenient stores. Our whole stay was very enjoyable. I'm looking forward to going back again. ( The buffet food was good, too)

The location and convenience. Size of the room, comfortable bed and Hotels attention to our request for a Handicap room which was provided.

Noise from the road. Communication with housekeeping was very difficult as they were not paying attention to our request. ( Exmp : When asked for a towel we were provided with coffee creamer instead of the towel ) Our room was on a nonsmoking floor however there was a very bad cigarette smoke smell coming everyday from the Saloon on the same floor.

I arrived at the property past 12 midnight since mu flight was late from Philippines to dubai then I went straight to the hotel. What I like about the property during mg stay it was tidy. The receptionist Anesh and Krishna even upgraded my room from superior King room to family suite room.

Is that the receptionist in the following morning. I asked for an extension that I will be checking out at 2PM since I checked in late at night. But she only said until 1PM. I understand that but a bit on consideration might be done maybe next time. I think the property that time is not overloaded with guest.

All staff from the reception, security, to the kitchen, housekeeping and swimming pool were extremely polite, cooperative, very nice people. The room is very comfortable and spacious, with lots of places for books and large items, with two big wardrobes for long dresses and beautifuly set for beds. The toilet with bathtub and lots of room for higiene items including mirrors for make-up. I stayed in the hotel longer then I anticipated because of their generosity and very affordable prices. Looking forward to stay in the hotel again.Truly recommending to everyone. I wish them all nice season!

All the staff at Pearl Swiss Hotel were superb. Starting from the gentleman Mr. Jawad, the manager, who was very welcoming and friendly. The receptionists Azra,Srijit and Anas were pleasant and supportive. The nice guys at the concierge Islam and Waseem were energetic and ready to help. The housekeeping staff were very professional and dedicated with special thanks to Uttam, Ahsan and Satya. Khan in the security section was quite helpful. All in all I will always keep this Hotel my preference in Dubai as it is clean, quiet and above all the warmth of the nice people working in Hotel, who try their best to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

it was a very good stay. the room service guys ( I forget their names) were amazing. the reception staff and concierge were also very good. the location is nice with easy access to two metro stations.

the locality was a bit noisy so there were a bit of interrupted night slumbers. despite the double glazed windows the noise still penetrated. the air conditioning was a bit iffy and difficult to control.

Hotel is very good I am happy to stay here ,lobby staff is very good I am to talk with them they treat me very good I give 10 out of 100 💯, everything was perfect 👌 management is very good high class, every thing is very high standard 💯 rooms is good and nice smell come always when enter the room , They are doing very perfectly work , I will make again booking for 1 month , reception staff is doing excellent job they know how to treat with guest , Night shift is always standing and focusing every where , hotel security is good feels happy and safety. 💯
