The best employees. Your room will simply shine with cleanliness, it seems to me that in hotels there is a daily general cleaning of all rooms without stopping. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfasts.

The area around of itself leaves much to be desired, of the room is on the top floor then you will hear the noise of the air conditioner.

Good location, spacious room, well equipped kitchen, staff’s are cordial, helpful and amicable. Free parking.

Surprisingly there were no bathroom slippers and hand washing liquid among the basic toiletries. I wonder why this well organized and exceptionally well managed hotel miss this tiny but important bit of facility.

We didn’t opt for the breakfast as we felt it was quite expensive. We booked the room for 3nights and 1day stay. Could have given one complementary breakfast for free.

The staff is fantastic! Special thanks to Mr. Laster from the cleaning team, for his friendliness and for leaving the room immaculate every day. The beds are super comfortable and overall the room is really nice. For me the location is very good, many restaurants and supermarkets on the street, the supermarket right next to the hotel is open 24 hours. I traveled with 2 small children, the area is super safe at any time of day or night. The metro is relatively close although I used taxis more. Overall my stay was very good!!! I recommend!

The hotel location is very convenient. I like the kitchenette where you can sit down to enjoy a coffee or prepare some simple food. The hotel really respected guest privacy as they didn't disturb at all when i had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on,unlike some other hotels. Also appreciate their environmental conservation efforts as they have labels reminding you to turn off heater after use, and 2 bins for you to place recycle items.

Two things that can be improved: 1) provide bottled water daily for guest use and 2) interior is a bit old-fashioned (but very clean). I like they have USB port at bedside table!

The receptionist that went to check us in the morning on December 25th was very friendly and professional. We were early checkin and this gentleman helped us a lot. The housekeeping is also really great. Especially Ali. The location is good, near supermarkets and many dining options. The room facilities are as described and the bed sleeps wonderfully.

Something very small, namely the smell of the corridors and the rooms could be better, like use a strong perfume.
