Great decor, modern rooms very nicely finished and really comfortable bed. Amazing views from our balcony and the rooftop pool. Excellent staff on check in who arranged late check out and made us feel very welcome.

Breakfast was very average, poor choice of a la carte options. Housekeeping not very responsive, had to make a request 3 times before it was done despite requesting as part of our booking and again a day before we checked in. Also surprised there was no turndown service, came back to dirty glasses/mugs and no fresh replacements for the morning even though they had been into the room whilst we were out to drop off our extra pillows.

The location is amazing and the view of Dubai's skyline and Burj Khalifah is breath-taking!! The rooms are clean and in a good conditions

I love the hotel very new and fashion.I had the best meal at Carna restaurant.The pool is amazing.The room was impecable clean and the view from balcony is unbelievable beautiful.

The only thing I didnt like was the NY Party at Filia Restaurant,menu wasnt great for the ocassion,waiters were very slow it was almost 12am and we havent finish our meal.

I had the pleasure of staying at the SLS hotel in Dubai on my recent trip and it was an amazing experience! From the stunningly beautiful interiors to the superb customer service, I encountered nothing but excellence throughout my stay here. The staff member that really stands out is Emre from GE. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating in ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Overall, I had a great experience staying at the SLS Hotel Dubai. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking the highest level of luxury.

Everything was perfect

We loved everything. The room was very luxury, everything in the room was a top class. We had a big balcony with a Burj Khalifa view, it was breathtaking. The staff were amazing, everyone so nice and we loved every second of the stay. The parking was free for guests, so it made our life very easy.

The location is not perfect, but the view from the room and from the pool is one of a kind, so if you have a car, its a perfect place to stay. Maybe the price was a little bit too high, but still we enjoyed every second.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everyone at this hotel made our stay a one to remember especially that we were on our honeymoon. The staff would go out of their way to make you day a pleasant one. Always greet you with a smile on the face. Special thanks to the house keeping staff Karishma and Bikal for marking sure our room stayed neat and comfortable. The provided us with everything we needed in our room.

I will start from the end, score 10 out of 10. The hotel has an amazing design. The view is breathtaking. The staff was perfect, professionals at the highest level. Starting with the people of valet who welcomed us with a beautiful welcome at any hour, continued with the reception who were very kind nice and always with a smile. the housekeeping staff vignesh and sunil They were high level professional, courteous and nice. And above all Laura who gave us personal and warm treatment and was attentive to help us in any matter we needed. We had a perfect experience and there is no doubt we will go back there again.

The hotel it's very nice. The rooms are great clean big with everything. Very nice view from the 64 floor. Service was great And a very good breakfast. The pool was very nice on the 74 floor. And the view is amazing.

First of all the prices at the pool are very high and also the mini bar at the room. They don't allow to bring even water to the pool everything need to be bought there. The sliding balcony door wasn't sealed and noise and wind was entering from outside.

SLS was so gorgeous it was hard to leave the site to visit the friends I had come to see! The spa facility and the two treatments I had were the best I’d had anywhere. Privilege pool bar is fabulous with warm inviting staff and a brilliant cocktail selection. Any cocktail not on the menu they will make for you too. Filia has the most gorgeous food, and I haven’t even mentioned the amazing Burj Khalifa view, a wonderful stay alround. Nothing is a trouble for the team at SLS.
