This place is like a quiet oasis in the busy city. They offer accommodation that is spacious, clean, safe and affordable . The staff is very kind and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone. It says 3 stars but it's worth 4 stars.

All was so good that I even extended my stay at the reception

The spring bed is superb, the cleanliness of the hotel, motion sensor lights, the elevator and most importantly, the dedicated WiFi for each room. The environment of the hotel is good though a busy one which added to the glamour of the visit. The staff are so friendly and very helpful especially As for food, the hotel does not have in-house restaurant but you have abundant restaurants within the neighbourhood. It is even more fun to eat outside. Each room has menu catelogue of Alpha Restaurant. Take a picture of the food you want, send it to them on WhatsApp number and it will be delivered within 30mins. Even faster than what you will get with an in-house restaurant.

Staff was very helpful, specially Mr.iftikhar at Reception. Location is near Binyas Square metro station.

The room is very clean, super unexpected to see this even if the location is in Naif. Akhlaq is professional in terms of dealing with guests. The team provided my additional request for toiletries.

The water pressure for the shower is weak. There's a water dripping from the ceiling in the washroom area, maybe from the a/c. The african guy in the reception upon check in is friendly but during check out I dunno why he frowned / made a face on me. His voice just cheered up when i gave positive feedback about my whole experience.

- Location is around 90 seconds from Metro Station - Staff was very nice and friendly (Iftikhar at night and Abdul at day) - Room was very clean, quiet, tidy and smells good - Sheets, covers, pillows and towels are disinfectant - Every electric device (AC & Fridge) or fixture (socket or lamp) is working perfectly - Quick WiFi connectivity

- Location in the heart of old Dubai, a crowded place - Wish if there is an iron with iron board and a baby washing machine - WiFi is stronger at night than daytime

we stayed for 3 nights. we liked that each of us had a bed so we were very comfortable. The room was big, clean, with water and everything you need. The Wifi its good and fast, and the hotel has parking. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was ok, the shower was short and old, we had to clean it in order to the water to come out. The location is not really the best!

the location is in a really bad “ghetto” type of street.. if you are with your woman i dont suggest u this hotel in this Messy Ghetto Area. The people there are not safe. in this area u may see prostitution! if you are only Boys its okay, but with a woman i dont suggest this at all

At first the location is too busy , with all pathans outside and the worst thing They don’t have PARKING. pls do something for this so your guest will enjoy there stay without hesitating where to park and make your wifi a little bit excellent because its too slow that’s it but all in all its amazing stay..

I really liked that they accommodated me last minute just a few hours before arriving.I called hotel from airport to ask if I can check in at midnight and Kabul answered phone right away and made me feel at ease. I got free water and very nice room upon arrival.Both front desk attendants Abdul and Akhlaq were so nice ,smiling and answered all my question about hotel and the area. I will come back again to discover more this area because of them!

I had a very good experience through out the deira, all staff is available even on the midnight, also they give quality time to their customer and accomodate like we are family together. The good thing is that the receptionist guy Name AKHLAQ is really nice man, he can solve your any kind of problems in saconds, I give him personally 10/10 for his job. Thanks man really appreciated. Will definately stay again.
