They checked us in very quickly and gave us a very good spacious room. During our stay the room was cleaned daily and the entire hotel is kept very clean. Good hotel for a family. We are their regular clients and look forward to our next stay. The check in counter lady Blokasha was very helpful throughout our stay. The cleaner on 3rd floor ( sorry forgot his name) was also very pleasant and helpful. Their restaurant is basic but nice lunch.

They only have 2 elevators so sometimes the wait is quite long. Also in the room they had a cooler which served as a minifridge. Dubai is for shoppers so to pay 1 dirham for every time you weigh your bag is quite dear. Should be a free service like it was before.

The location was perfect. Especially for shopping. The most out of it was two special workers who went out of their way to accommodate us. MD Riaz from the restaurant during our morning breakfast and the service was excellent. ABEESH made sure that the room was tidy and that we always had clean towels and fresh water. Always asking we we needed anything else. Above all making us comfortable away from home. Thank you both and a big thank you to the reception staff who also went out of their way to accommodate us, especially a gentleman who always welcomed us with a smile (I forgot his name). The rooms were spacious although The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The pool was great and the breakfast was enjoyable. And the hotel is close to a metro station and a number of stores. All in all we had a wonderful experience and even though I was a little worried by the comments I read I had a great time. The reason they didn't give me a standard triple room was because I wanted to be close to the rest of my family and the interconnecting rooms were great.

Most rooms do not have access to natural lighting. As convenient as the tours provided were; The dubai tour driver didn't speak English and really couldn't tell us more about the places we visited and I believe he was only employed as a driver and wasn't a guide. There was a cruise but it's cheaper to arrange one on your own as the Creek is less than 1km away. We were going to be charged 200 AED per person to visit the miracle garden and global village yet entrance is 95 AED and 22.5 - 27 AED respectively. And although the transportation to these places would be helpful you would only be at them for a limited amount of time, public transport is cheaper and it doesn't cover costs at these places.

It was awesome. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot and pool service was complements the stay. Pool staff Remo is very accomodation. Overall very nice experience. Love the location, near to the metro and bus stop.

Lights in the room. Very dim. To work on computer, I find it difficult.

The location is very ideal for shopping.not a boring place.The people working in the hotel are very nice and helpful. The cleaner Mr Ajith M is very nice and helpful when asked for any information. He cleans and makes the bed impecably well.All the staffs especially the bell boys were very helpful. They even got us a pick up for a good price for the airport.

The basin lavabo was too small and not in good condition.

I don’t tray their breakfast but the Indian foods they have and the sandwich’s are the best. What I couldn’t forget about is the room cleaner guy his name is suraj he is the best at all the way he cleans and cares for the customer is another level of kindness he is one of the reasons that I was happy with the hotel service. They all are good from top to bottom and am happy with my stay.

I’ve travelled to many countries and i have never witnessed a house keeper like suraj. He was so so helpful. He would wait for us to wake up before cleaning our room. Very friendly. 10/10 service. He was always available with a smile on his face. In the evening, Vinay showed excellent customer services. He helped me a lot at check out. Extremely friendly :) Sharif at the door was approachable and friendly

Nothing I initially had issues with my room but they swiftly fixed the problem in a minute 5 star service

I loved the services provided by the Hotel's staff as a whole, especially the security guards at the concierge and the two cleaners in charge of keeping my room clean; which they did really well; Abeesh and Sadab Khan. Thank you to booking.com for ease of the transaction and the rescheduling of the booking of the hotel. In whole, was a wholesome experience.
