This is a really ship-shape little hotel with fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Despite its proximity to a busy part of town, my room (which didn't face the street) was very quiet. So, really, it's the best of both world: great cheap places to eat nearby and a metro stop five minutes away, but no disturbance once you're inside.

The reception was exceptionally good and warm. Starting from the day of check-in, the staff at the front desk showed forth a welcoming gesture and were cooperative on issues such as photocopying/printing. The doormen were equally welcoming each time we made our way through the hotel door. What's more, the housekeeping of the hotel was quite good in that it didn't take them time to make up the room; it was simply efficient. Last but not least is the reception and service at the restaurant. During our nine-day stay at the hotel, we received a decent service both in terms of the menu and the friendly and courteous tending of the waiters. The service was quite remarkable in that they even make a reminder call if you're late for breakfast. The overall impression we have of the hotel is quite good and we would highly recommend it.

Given the good service we received at the hotel, this would be quite negligible and immaterial to even comment on. However, we believe it would help improve the services of the hotel. With this note, we would like to mention that the Wi-Fi at the hotel was, at times, fluctuating (in terms of signal strength), we even had to be given new login information by those at the reception desk as we were unable to access the internet on one occasion. We hope the hotel management will work on this issue to improve it.

The hotel location is very good, it's very close to the metro and bus station, also to the center of the services area. The reception staff was welcoming and very helpful, especially the baggage porters. Room was very clean and cozy. Only the room was alittle bit small and the view from the window wasn't good Toilets are clean and equipped with all the personal care items you might need. Definitely my next visit to Dubai will be at the same hotel.

The staff are helpful. The breakfast was great. The place was clean and cleaned to satisfaction daily. Cool and calm environment. It was in the centre of town close to the metro so easy to go anywhere. I loved it.

Staff is very good. i was sick, asked for a thermometer, they did not have, but arranged in 30 mins Front desk both managers were very knowledgeable and helpful for queries. Location is super, metro is 400 mtrs, if you have business in deira, its a very good choice to stay here. Bf buffet was fairly limited, but then for its price, it was ok. I paid 260 AED per night which i found expensive for that location and size of room. Otherwise all good

Excellent staff, specially the receptionist "Abdulraheem". The place is clean and comfy, compared to the price it's very good really. Unfortunately got no chance to eat from their food. AC is really good and room service was just superb.

The location of the hotel has a good thing that it's very near to a metro station "Bany yas", but the bad thing is after 11 PM you should be aware the there are Plenty of prostitutes are standing in the area of the hotel and You should take care of yourself and if you are in a vehicle it's preferable to be dropped off directly at the door of the hotel to avoid any problems that "might" happen.

it’s cheap and its clean, the hotel staff are nice. breakfast is okay affordable. good value for money. I only stayed one night, its near the metro but you have to ask someone to pick you up from there because the location is hidden.

the location is hidden, and i don’t feel safe going out of the hotel because there are a lot of men around the area. its good for a couple or male traveler but for a woman solo traveler, its a bit uneasy for me. I did not go outside because its just one night to sleep on near the DXB airport.

I recently stayed here for one night. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. I was greeted by my name at the reception by Jignesh. They offer a glass of water. I was provided a room upgrade. The room was extremely cozy and functional. This is a no frills place perfect for a business trip. The location is walkable under 5 minutes from the metro. They have mentioned very clear directions when you book from Booking.com. I had dinner at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant are just terrific. The food is really great. I ordered a set menu consisting of a soup, salad and a main course meal. The cream of mushroom soup was food for my soul after a hectic day at GITEX. The portion sizes are huge. They make everything fresh. Breakfast was a decent spread, payable based on which room you opt for. Everyone is totally committed to going above and beyond for the customer. I will definitely visit again whenever I want to stay in Deira. They have a Toyota Previa that drops you to the airport (50 AED) Overall this was a pleasantly delightful experience for me.

During our two-day stay at Mark Inn Hotel Deira Dubai, we experienced superb service and a warm welcome. Booking through the website was seamless, and when issues arose, the staff handled them with grace and hospitality. Their availability on WhatsApp was incredibly helpful, providing excellent guidance throughout. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade and welcome gift. Mark Inn Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to first-time visitors to Dubai. Thank you to the amazing staff for their exceptional hospitality and assistance. Nothing to dislike.

For me this hotel is worthy of 5 stars, very well trained staff, very friendly and attentive. Upon arrival I immediately felt at home. The door was held open, suitcases were taken out of the taxi for me. I was called by name. The housekeeping was very good. I received friendly and good help in keeping my room clean by the young man Shahzaib Masood. The hotel smelled very nice during my stay and was very clean. This is definitely worth repeating for me. The reception staff gave me water upon check out to quench my thirst. Worthy of 5 stars!!
