The location next corniche very relaxing, staff very attentive, polite, hospitality and flexible. They were very efficient and quick attending our needs. The amnesties were provided as what we are expected. The bed we requested have been accommodated in spite of the fully occupied and busy operation as we informed them that we are celebration our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was excellent with a good enough variety of food and beverages. The F&B a la carte prices were unbelievable can’t believed very affordable. We appreciated the call about the breakfast and the timings. The Sri Lankan lifeguard assisted us as well and giving us information. The receptionist are well presentable and welcoming nice gesture of hospitality service us me and my wife working in the same industry. We apologize we forgot their names but overall the team members of the hotel were amazing. WE THANK YOU ALL! keep it up

Nothing that we don’t like maybe a room for better improvement for personalize service to decorate the room for the occasion. We know that it’s a same day booking but maybe you can arrange some towel folding that will and some sweet ambiance at the room as we celebrated anniversary but again overall amazing team great deal 👌☺️

There were some issues in payment but the reception has resolved the problem immediately, is commendable. Reception also quick to direct to concerned staff/department things we requested. Wifi is good as well. Room is clean. The bed comfortable. The housekeeping (Laxmi and Assa) nice and polite.

The bed size a little bit smaller compared to others, and I think the room size as well a bit smaller also. Our view is not that good, they have an option for a good view with room upgrade (additional charge). The first and second night, nice and quiet. However, last day we heard already some people talking outside.

Thank you Al Hamra Hotel for the hospitality and pleasant stay. I don't forget, almost 5 years ago, I forgot a large amount of money when I checked out of the hotel, and when I came back and told them about it, I discovered that they were trying to contact me. And the amount is there and it was given to me. Don't they deserve greetings and respect? Yes, of course. Thank you from the heart.

The staff was outstanding and cooperative.Everyone is very humble and calm even the cleaner also very good.the breakfast is OK.

The room have typical smell which is not good as asthmatic patient like me but staff cooperate with me and I adjust.

The room I had booked had only 1 towel....I went for swimming pool with this towel ..afterwards I called reception and asked for 2 towels because we were 2 pple ....the reception guy was rude and arrogant ........he kept on insisting they only give 2 towels for 1night stay ..yes no problem ..I agree to that ..I needed a replacement why keep arguing with guest ..no courtesy and respect at all!!!!!!.pathetic

A descent place to stay. The mixed grill choice in the restaurant was delicious.

It was a twin bed but they arranged it to make 1 bed. The fridge was not working at first but they were prompt to replace it, much to our satisfaction. The room was a little small but good enough for the value of our money. No good view but we did have a comfortable stay.

There were a few times that we opened the door thinking someone is knocking because of some sounds coming from outside (our room dont have a bell)

The hotel is very clean and their staff are friendly and welcoming. They have variety of breakfasts. I will always go back to the same place.
