Perfect location 9 minutes away from Sharjah beaches. Easily available public paid parkings and underground free parking but mostly occupied. All the staff in morning shift and night shift are smiley, professional , cooperative and understanding Easy & smooth check-in and check-out Clean hotel , restaurant room ,gym & public toilets Very nice restaurant despite limited varieties of food but well satisfying Excellent room design with king bed and two comfortable sofas , wide room size with two TV s very suitable for four family members and nice facilities and good city view and side canal view Very good money value and quality comparing same hotels rates during the new year eve I will suggest Ibis styles hotel in Sharjah for all Special thanks to all staff in the hotel , with my best wishes of success

The moisture smell specially in the corridors, i suggest to fix scent machines to spray good scent in the corridors

The room was clean and stylish, and the lights were exemptional, but at first, I searched for any cabinet to put my things it was not available so for me maybe adding a small cabinet to put clothes will do. the TV may need to have internet access for kids. breakfast was outstanding and nicely prepared only that maybe they can serve rice on the menu. optional advice since I'm an Asian we usually have rice in our breakfast. location is adequate, with easy access to places we planned to visit. overall, it is great, I would recommend it to friends. Ibis never fail to impress me and my husband. We always had a fantastic stay here. The room was immaculate, well-maintained and has an inviting atmosphere. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive. Especially, Ms. Anne from the reception. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and greatly appreciated. I will not hesitate to recommend your hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to returning for another visit in the future.

Few bath towels are quite old and has few stains.

We had a stay, breakfast not included. We liked everything about Ibis Style Sharjah, from reception lady who was very nice to the valet Saleh who was very helpful with a big smile on his face. The room was cleaned everyday and smelling good all the time. The air conditioner can be adjusted according to our preference. The location of the hotel is easy to find and close to Dubai (only 20 min by car). The medical center is one minutes far away, the facilities (pharmacy, supermarkets, etc) are also close to hotel.

Which I didn't like when I was heaven a breakfast. I requested an omelette egg 🥚 but I didn't eat it because the cooker was not wearing the gloves, and the gloves box it was next to him, only his name Ganesh. I informed the supervisor of the restaurant that she's name Khadija

everything was perfect special thanks to Sushma who have made our breakfast experience a delightful one. I really enjoyed the food and the bed is really very comfortable. Overall for the price it exceeded my expectation. Thank you.

Parking was always full inside the hotels parking space, at night it is also difficult to find a paid parking. Would suggest to have a valet service

Family room was big and clean. Good breakfast Not many things but enough to eat good and the quality was also ok.

The "emergency" light in the room was switched on and nobody couldn't make it off for night so we had to cover it alone if not it will be not possible to sleep with the strong light over our head. For breakfast café espresso has to be paid extra. Our children didn't receive a bed sheet to cover but a heavy blanket but it was clean.

Staff are very customer friendly and gives high priority to guest experience. Rooms are maintained and cleaned to the practically maximum possible level. I had to check out at night and check back in immediately due to some unforseen circumstances. The front desk staff (forgot to ask his name) on night duty on 05/07/23 was extremely helpful in making sure that I got the same room and extended the checkout to 2pm

The hotel was totally worth the price The staff was super friendly, Mohammed Abdallah and Pankaj was very helpful, answering all my requests and questions with a big smile Mohammed helped me alot with printing The location was good and the room was clean

The computer was not working The room was not contained enough drawer to put my stuffs

The service is incredible I’m a frequent guest with ibis Sharjah and I always choose this hotel because of the staff more than anything Big thanks to Anna who is always there to help me

Since I’ve been requesting smart Tv and it hasn’t been done I brought my laptop and hdmi cable with me to connect to the tv but the technician was not able to connect my laptop to the tv which made it very inconvenient
