Staff eagerness to help to solve any issues we had. Mr Ahmed was so great in sorting out an issue we had with Internet connection by offering us an apology and breakfast and moving us to another room with beautiful view. Ms Nada was also helpful in making our stay feel like home. Will be back for sure.

This property is clearly better than some review make it sound! The location a "stone throw" away from the lagune is very nice! The small apartments are well equipped and have a exceptional internet. I have teleworked there and I can recommend this place for "workcation". Every house on the property has one big apartment and one small one. The staff is exceptional fast in addressing any requests and they are very polite and express hospitality. The house keeping team of Ali, Sandeep and Anil let no wishes unanswered and made us feel at home. One can use the facilities of the neighbouring Holiday International Hotel, which has a very nice pool and a very good Sauna. The Pool at Marbella is nice as well. There are a number of shuttle busses going each morning to nearby Al-Khan Beach. The breakfast in Hotel Holiday International was good and the cooks very preparing a variety of egg-dishes with a smile on their face. There a a number of good deals on dining in the property. The management is aware of the condition of the property and renovation works of some parts are ongoing. This property is a good value for money! BUKHARI AL KHALEEJ REST L.L.C BR 3 (about 500m away) is a very cheap restaurant with nice options to dine.

The apartment has literally no walls. I suppose, the big & small apartment were originally one, cause now it's just a normal door separating the two. One can hear every word in every room of the neighbouring apartment. This is not ok! The property is rather aged / old and you can see the it. The place is frequented by 95 % Russians. If you don't like that, better don't go there.

Everything went well from the first moment thanks to the exceptional people you have on board. Mr. Preetham was so kind and friendly to us with cheerful smile and positive attitude he created an initial warm impression that was aggravated by Mr. Habib who combined the complimentary Arabic coffee and top quality date with an amazing smile from that heart that made us feel we belong to Marbella. Mr. Manooj added another touch of kindness touring the resort, helping us with the bags an amazing supportive person. Then came the wow factor ..... We were celebrating my wife birthday and wanted to have a romantic retreat. this was created by your outstanding housekeeping team: Furma + Tawfiqa + Shabaz. The three of them went the extra-mile decorating the bed room with balloons, flowers, a birthday note, and towels set up as a tower with red ribbons. All this was secondary to a delicious cake that we ate to the last piece. The location is so unique many dining options across za road. I enjoyed all za facilities, sitting on the grass in the green areas, jumping in the pool, exercising in the gym + one hour of good tennis shots with coach Vijay. As a result we decided to go back after Eid Al Adha for another romantic retreat.

Location is excellent. City center is near by. All shops also in walkable distance Very good park is near by Very peaceful resort in the mid of a huge city Relaxing atmosphere, rooms are exceptionally clean Swimming pool and children's pool was very nice The room I booked was on the first floor and there was no lift, my mom cannot climb the ladder but the staff was very kind and immediately they upgraded me freely to a big room equipped with kitchen and living room which was on the ground floor, sure I will recommend strongly to others

Toilet is small compared to other hotels and no bath tub

Perfect for us, hate high rise rooms with no fresh air. Our rooms were ground floor; junior and master suites easy to get in and out of after a long day. Birds tweeting all day, did not expect that in Sharjah. Resort was cosy, laid back no pressure to do anything (unlike other countries) Staff were great and attentive on call if needed and responded immediately to any requests. Reserved parking for each of the villas. Did not use any of the resort facilities as we were doing day trips send shopping trips. The on site Cafe is very good judging by how full it was most evenings. Overall we loved it. Beds were amazing, got to sleep very easily, furniture and decor tastefully done and all furniture in excellent condition. Air Con was quite strong for me but my wife loved it. There was no cutlery or pans etc as you would expect in many self catering resort's but we were supplied with what we needed, though we only cooked breakfast, ate out all the time. So many choices for eating out; across the street, down the corniche, at the Qasba to name a few. Overall i would say i was delighted with our selection of Marbella Resort and if we planned another trip it would be on our list again.

Nothing to dislike, lovely, laid back low level resort with Villas having only ground and first floor.. dont confuse the normal use of the word "Villa" with these Villas. They are basically two or more sets of rooms on two storeys.. No fancy Villas with pools and veranda as you see in Villa brochure. But for us perfect for a quiet hideaway place with no high rise issues. No waiting for the lifts, no parking issues, no A/C issues, no closed rooms... We really loved it...

All around Green Environment, Friendly Housekeeping Staff, very Clean Room and surroundings areas. Staff always smiles, HK Manager Tawfiqa and Furma, Ali And Solaiman gives exceptional service to my room. very polite and professional Attitude. Reception , Room Service and Recreation are good. Planning to extend my stay in same villa. Thanks to the Management for such a wonderful and memorable service.

All is well, It seems the property is quite old, however well maintained. Renovation for some areas to be done.

We stay in Marbella Resort it was very comfortable and clean Resort,room are big enough and kitchen well equipped our villa clean daily and well maintain by Ali and Solomon even they complete our request on time, the coordinator from housekeeping Furma call and follow up if everything is fine with our stay which really make me feel happy to knowing that we are well taking care, the view of the Hotel is very nice and green grass everywhere. Its a good location and place to stay with family and will definitely come back. I would like to say thank to Assistant Housekeeping Manager Ms. Tawfiqa who had approach us personally ask how was out stay.

The resort location,view,proximity to all scenic locations,shopping at walkable distance was really priceless. The facility of swimming,gym,sauna was excellent.Cleanliness was good.Special mention of staff Nithin,Faisal & Dika for helping us during unforeseen situation of torrential rains.Reception staff helped us in upgrading our two suits into a villa so all family could stay together.Beds,sofa cum beds were excellent quality.In a three bedroom villa 8 persons could sleep very comfortably.extra blankets,towels were provided at no additional cost.Water bottles ,tea,coffee at no additional cost was replenished every time.Overall it was worth the price stay and I strongly recommend even local people to stay there for a change.

The villa had a good kitchen but utensils like pan,pots were provided only on demand,knife and cutting board was missing.Cleaning material was not there to wash used utensils,so we were dependent on cleaning staff every time for cleaning.(it was ok,given that we traveled for leisure).So if you travel with small kids and think of preparing small snacks,meals in kitchen then plan accordingly and ask the staff.Only one restaurant was functional during our stay as other 3 were under renovation.

I love the stay overall. I like the staff - they're all very nice, welcoming, ready to help. I love the junior suite we got - spacious, clean, semi-private. I like the buffet. I like the location - they have a door in the back that access the park/boardwalk, it's walking distance to almost everything, parking space is free and spacious. Overall, I would give it a 4 star. Highly recommended!

We booked a junior suite which attaches to a master suite. I didn't like that because we often got noisy neighbors. I wish they had just junior suites apart from each other. I also didn't like that there were bugs - understandable, given the area/location they were at but I think they could've done better with exterminating or controlling the bugs.

We love the location and the relaxing ambience.. Our check in experience is great, special thanks to Michael and to the receptionist (I missed her name).. Our pool attendant. Is very attentive as well (I also forgot his name) , he seemed to know very well good service and we really appreciate his effort to follow up our food order... we would like to acknowledge as well Solomon from house keeping who attended us on our housekeeping needs. If you really like to have a quick break from a busy city life this is the nearest and best place to go..its less than an hour away from Dubai... Highly Recommended for families who wants to enjoy peace and quiet. We will definitely come back.. and. Marbella Resort will be on our top list on our next holiday break 🌟🌟🌟

The wheels of the service utility trolley makes annoying noise... It's a bit off to hear it specially early in the morning (between 2 to 3 AM) we hope that the management will do something about it.. But overall experience is great, my husband slept very well and my 2 kids enjoyed the not so crowded swimming pool..
