Everything about the hotel, from the room to the location, was good. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and kind. I had an extraordinary experience thanks to their assistance. I booked the room for an online exam which required extra dedicated internet bandwidth and a stable connection. Upon requesting help, the receptionist promptly involved a technician, who then coordinated with the IT team at CityMax's headquarters, presumably in Dubai. They understood my requirements and provided the necessary internet quota, ensuring a smooth and error-free exam experience. I'm thrilled to share that I passed the CISM exam, which was quite challenging. The support and assistance of the staff and IT team played a crucial role in reducing my stress. Their thoughtful gesture of calling me after the exam to congratulate me on my success made me feel at home. Truly, it was an exceptional experience.

Excellent House Keeping staff (Jubayer and team). Clean room that fits your purpose, water and tea coffee stocked every day. Wifi is really good. Felt the stay was well worth the value. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Are is a bit rundown but close to Sharjah Airport that met my purpose.

Plug points are loose and shaky. Next to a main highway so it would be preferrable to book a room to the rear of the hotel to avoid noises from the road coming to your room. Some frequent visits to reception were required due to the iffy hotel room cards and a vague procedure for connecting to wifi.

I had stayed for 15 days at Citymax Sharjah hotel for my office trip in Sep 2023. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Regular cleaning was done by Mr. Shahid Ali to my satisfaction with a smiling face. I am so pleased with his behaviour and service. Mr. Siraj also had helped me in many ways including guiding me to explore nearby areas. Food was very tasty and cheaper than outside restaurants. I would love to stay at this hotel again in future.

Very calm stay, Front Office staff Sabah, Aseel, and their Manager Mr Aamir were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. All HK team & supervisors were professional and had a prompt response to any challenge or assistance requested. All the F&B team were great, served delicious food, and were professional. Also, the security personnel were hospitable and assisted me when I asked for directions.

The parking lot is very small. There is some discrepancy between the price of the receptionist in relation to the price of the room and the booking through Booking. I noticed that the receptionist gives a higher price than Booking.com

Staff members are lovely, clean room and bathroom + bed was comfortable.

Location is not good - on a busy road and little far from attractions. Getting called in the morning requesting if I need extension and asking what time I will be checking out (I checked out before 12) and cleaners constantly knocking for room service (my fault for not having the DND sign). Getting into my room using the swipe card sometimes was an issue.

The hotel is great. There are three fast elevators in it. The staff is great and very helpful. We lived on the 7th floor and the noise of the road didn't disturb us. The room is quite big. There is a chair, a table, a comfortable armchair and a coffee table, a very comfortable bed, a fridge, some space for your clothes like an open wardrobe and an AC of course. The bathroom isn't big enough, but really clean with perfect shower! Also, there is a tasty shower gel and soap. There aren't any insects or cockroaches in the room! It was very important for us. WiFi is pretty well! I could work online. We didn't use it, but we know, there are some floors for parking and a cafe/restaurant.

Everything was great! Thanks! I have some question to the government of the city, because it isn't a suburban area, but there is a lot of rubbish in the street. It doesn't make this place good.
