The location was great!

The receptionist lady was a trainee who didn't know how to handle check-ins she had to constantly keep on seeking help from her experienced colleague (guest relations ) who was handling other guests. The queue was long and I felt pity for her. We got assigned a room with malfunctioning AC but after requesting we had our room changed by the night manager whwho at first wasn't forthcoming: He lied he had no rooms available but upon mentioning the confirmation for relocation was already agreed upon, he obliged. There seemed to be no smooth handover btw shifts! The waiters at the restaurant were not proactive. It took long before anyone would come and take our order.

Everything, all rooms have spectacular views over the lake, the cleanliness, the perfect location, the wifi connection & the food were great, the staff were super polite and helpful and were flexible when I asked for a late checkout, would totally book it again whenever I’m in Sharjah, my room was super quiet, clean and relaxing. By the way “IMMY” was super helpful and she stood out as one the hotel staff’s friendliest, most helpful and most welcoming personnel.

They had this “Nothing can be delivered to your room” policy that was inconvenient whenever I ordered food, but I guess that’s common in most hotels so I wouldn’t call it a deal breaker, would totally book the property again on my next visit.

Itwas an excellent experience. The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, setting a great tone for the day. The gym was well-equipped and maintained. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly and accommodating staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Double Tree Hilton for anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

One suggestion for improvement would be to consider implementing separate pool timings for ladies, which could enhance comfort and enjoyment for all guests.

Very very friendly staff. Brand new hotel, everything is in good order, good equipment.

As everyone of us - there are some points to correct. An air conditioning system with no windows is an extractor running all day and night. Imagine that you switch on the extractor hood and go to sleep next to it - and the air conditioner is running. In the main room there is a flow of wind that cannot be switched off.if you sleep not in bedroom, of course Take care of your white socks - wear slippers. My son turned his socks black on the first day of his stay - the floors are not cleaned very often apparently

The room was big and comfortable. I very much appreciated the free parking and the restaurant and the restaurant staff who are professionals and very friendly.

Il is awful and invasive to be watched all the time, from the moment you approach the hotel and enter your room. The hotel installed cameras in every single corridor, elevators, restaurants, salons. I doubt as well if there are cameras in the rest rooms and in the bedroom. This is insane, and doesn’t warrant the claim “For guests security “ … should one expect to be attacked in the public places of the hotel? Or does the hotel report guest’s movements to the local police ?? .. I did not feel free neither safe as I know I’ve been watched..

Very nice apartment with a lot of facilities (more than what we needed) and the specs of the rooms were really good. Parking is available and convenient. Decent breakfast. The view from the living room was stunning. Good customer service. Overall, everything you would expect in a city center 5-star hotel.

It failed a bit in the cleanliness aspect. There were some smudges on the walls, one of them was really nasty yellow and old. Some small hairs on the couch and in the toilet. Some of the drawers had dust. Like it was clean, but not very clean. Seems like the cleaners are always doing the bare minimum, you know, like just changing bed sheets and vacuuming the floor. Also when we went to the restaurant, the plates were smelling really bad. They changed them for us, but it was an unpleasent experience.

Basically the charging for my accomodation prior to my knowledge. This is the first time in my experience a hotel had done. In addition even though the hotel offered discounted rate for early check in. They rescinded the offer and charged me half normal rate. Even though they acknowledged the error but just gave me the hotel voucher to use in the hotel. Finally there was breakage of art piece which I wasnt aware but eventually paid for the broken piece. However, my expectation would have either hotel to waive the charges or at least give me some kind of discount. Especially we have booked two rooms for 11 nights. None was forthcoming. Any way that was a bit of bitter ending. Otherwise have no complaints.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking service . Nearby shops of different kinds and varieties, waterfront , view , clean , nice furniture. Allowed late checkout by half hour. Sound proof from outer noise. Convenient price at the time of booking.

- The hotel is located in a busy area, so be prepared! - I didn't like the lobby music, but that's probably something personal. - I wish hotel has a later checkout hour that is more convenient for guests. I think check out at 1:30-2:00 pm is very reasonable specially considering noon rest and lunch, specially in summer where noon is very hot outside. - motion detection lamps in the room were a good feature but some of them could be disturbing when walking to toilet while room partner is sleeping. If only they can be dimmed or disabled by guests.

I stayed for almost 24 days. Nice and clean hotel. Service was really good. I would like to thank all of them specially the guys who are outside parking the cars. They were really helpful and nice. The Emirati lady on the fronst desk was really nice(didnt ask her name☺️) she was very nice to talk to and knows what customer service is. Thanks again and will come here again for sure.

The frame on the wall fell and they charged us extra for that. We have stayed there for long time and they should not charged us because it was not our fault.

This is a lovely property in Sharjah, if you're looking for a quick city break. Although it's located in a vibrant neighbourhood, entering the property almost seems like an escape. Each and every member of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The indoor pool, especially, is a relief if you are spending your break here during summer. We also enjoyed the authentic Middle Eastern food served at Majdolin, it makes the experience even better!
