The accommodation was in excellent order and made for a comfortable stay. My room was an excellent size and well furnished. The breakfast was some days cooked fresh to order and on others a buffet service, either way the food was well prepared and there was excellent choice. The breakfast staff were each attentive and a credit to the hotel.

The reception staff were variable in their attitude to guests, some completely ignored those in reception however these were the minority. The gritting of the frozen car park was inadequate and the risk of falling very high. Obviously this is only an issue during times of low temperatures.

Nice staff and lovely food quality and choice, lots of parking spaces and very good wifi

Rooms look to be getting a bit dated, shower in the bath with a shower curtain is getting a bit old hat now needs bathroom revamps at least. Bar seemed to be winding up quite early around 10.00 ish and people asked to move out into the side seating and order last drinks, does not look good if you are entertaining on business.

Spacious room with good seating, desk and table. Very good breakfasts.

The lighting in the room was rather poor (I measured it at half the level provided in the corridors). I did raise this matter on departure and they promised to do something about it. Basically the old compact fluorescent bulbs are way past end of life and should have been replaced long ago.

I love to see real and friendly workers. All are friendly just those 3 went the extra mile.

As in all places some staff have to carry the others. The 2 in charge (Rosie and the tall girl that takes over from her plus the girl from Belfast with her hair in a ponytail are do 3 times the work as others.

Have stayed here a few times and always enjoy our stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location for visiting places, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and a decent size, beds are very comfortable, and there is always a good breakfast.

Nothing not to like, is a very reasonable hotel.

The staff are exceptionally welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.

On leaving, I stripped my bed revealing pillows and duvet that are a tad old, lumpy and in need of replacement. Although they were comfy and clean! Ground floor windows can't be prevented from opening fully if you wish to sleep with an open window, which I generally do, a simple device would solve this minor issue. Signposting from the main road NEEDS to be improved; it is very very easy to miss the right turn for the hotel if coming from the Antrim direction. This surely is a relatively minor thing - a reflective sign with the hotel name that can be seen instead of two reflective spots would be excellent and welcomed.

Spacious . Quiet.

Buffet breakfast service was a bit casual. Some items missing from table (e.g. butter). Hot food was fine, but the cold buffet was scant in choices of cheese, cold meats, and yoghurts. Staff were courteous and helpful when approached.

Very comfortable room and general ambience. Excellent location for most of NI. Staff excellent. Some tasty dishes on Grill menu (but see further comments below).

Slight TV noise from next door first night only, not a huge problem. Grill menu could do with a few more options (and more vegetarian/ vegan) for guests staying several nights. A slightly wider range of (local/ craft) beers would also be nice, although they did have a couple on tap.
