Fabulous location, great view of pitch! Food was absolutely fabulous from dinner night before and to breakfast in morning! I have celiac disease and the servers and head chef/cooks could not be more accommodating at breakfast time… the night before was easier for me to choose as there was a menu I could choose from that had a menu but in the morning it was self serve the head chef came out and personally helped me with what choices were safe for me and even went to extra lengths so I could have gluten free sausages and bread! overall very very happy! and would come again!

We did not dislike anything everything was perfect!

location was great not to far of a walk to the sea front, rooms were lovely and clean. breakfast was lovely, eat as much as you like.

beds were uncomfortable and the air-con was of no use whats so ever, which made sleeping extremely difficult in this hot weather. flush on the toilet wasn’t the best. noise from street below from both traffic and people was slightly intense.

The service was excellent, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the room, as well as the bathroom. Our dog also seemed to be very happy in the room. The air conditioner was both useful and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was a buffet, and I appreciated the variety of options available, including both cold and warm dishes. The staff members were cheerful, helpful, and kind, which added to the overall positive experience.

The charge for the car park is pointless - allocating the first room along the corridor for guests with dogs there was a lot of foot traffic, which attracted our dog's attention.

The room was very clean and spacious. Facilities such as the bathroom were fantastic. Not a blackpool supporter, but the view looking out over the pitch was brilliant. They even played a behind closed doors friendly whilst we were there. We stayed on the second floor and the 'corner flag' bar is literally at the end of the corridor. Its a really nice bar which is also overlooking the pitch. The staff were really friendly and the food was great. Breakfast was also really good value 👌

The only gripe would be the parking. It's £10 a day, which I wouldn't mind paying but your space isn't reserved so you risk losing it if you go out. It's only a minor gripe though, the hotel is so good you won't want to leave.

The room was spacious. The bed was very big. The view of the pitch was nice, (a new experience for me). The shower was very good and very powerful, big thumbs up. Some places you have to run around the shower trying to find the water …not in this case. The breakfast lounge was spacious and accommodating. The staff (mainly the bar staff as that’s all we really dealt with) were friendly, and very helpful. Downside, (and it’s only a small detail) entrance on ground floor. Reception on 1st floor. Lounge bar on 2nd floor. Bedroom on 3rd floor. Once you have worked out what floor you need it’s not a problem.

Everything was on different floors. Not much more I didn’t like.

Lovely room overlooking the pitch, clean and comfortable close to the promenade but far enough away to escape the busyness. Staff were friendly from reception, bar and housekeeping they made you feel welcome. Bar was nice to sit in at night for a quiet drink

Buffet breakfast was ok, probably the better of the weeks stay but not a massive fan of them. It’s a shame the room didn’t have some football photos when it’s overlooking the pitch and the windows had privacy screen half way up so you couldn’t sit and look out the window you had to be standing to see

This was my 2nd stay the room was fine apart from having to keep my room curtains closed to stop the various people looking in at us that were walking past through the seated area outside. Breakfast was fine and we had lunch on the 1st day the menu was limited choices but okay.

The receptionist that checked us in managed to make us feel like she was doing us a massive favour doing so, No pleasant smile or a polite how are you today and enjoy your stay. Also we found the bar closing at 11pm was very unusual we aren't big drinkers but after returning from a leisurely stroll along along the prom at 10.45 to be told the bar was about to close was disappointing especially when we returned to our room and noticed a function going on in another area until the small hours.

Room had plenty of space and bed was comfy. Location was good and parking at the hotel was actually easier than expected. Nice bar overlooking the stadium.

Small details such as didn’t have a bath mat or anything to put on the floor after a shower. Only had one towel per person supplied, no hand towels, for two nights. Shower seal leaked so had to use a towel to mop up. They don’t service the rooms for a two night stay so no replenishment of anything like towels, tea and coffee but if you ask at reception they will hand these things to you over the desk. Staff were helpful and courteous if you needed anything but feel these small details would help overall feeling of being welcome as a guest especially at such a well established hotel group. Not being very tech savvy, felt that the Wi-Fi provision was over complicated but that may have just been our inexperience.

We had a pitch-side view with Blackpool Tower in the background and we positioned the settee so we were looking out across Blackpool, which was great when the tower was lit up. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We had an evening meal in the hotel which was nice but the menu was a little limited. Breakfast was excellent.

Parking isn't great unless you arrive early so we parked in the Travelodge carpark which is opposite. We originally tried to park in the Yeadon Way carpark but the ticket machine wasn't working for contactless payment and when my wife tried to download the parking app she was the victim of fraud and money went out to an unrelated company and her card had to be cancelled. Not the hotels problem I know but it did affect our stay. We also felt that the room we stayed in, although fine, was a little dated and not as plush as we had imagined.

reception was on first floor.. no one to greet you as you entered the building. not a secure thing as you ring a bell and they let you in, i feel this could be unsafe as anyone could go in if theres no one to check who you are as you enter. Also very trusting as we were in level 2 and the Heineken bar was open, we went in to look at the pitch, ..no one working in the bar, it was closed but anyone could help themselves, someone stood by the bar thinking it was open till we told them it wasn’t.. even they were shocked as no one was around
