Spent two fantastic nights here, lovely owners in Vicky and Alan, that go the extra mile to make it enjoyable and comfortable. Such a great laugh. Room was spotless, spacious and the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. Will defo be returning in the future.

Stayed with our dog, lovely friendly welcome from Roy and Vicky. Breakfast was best I have ever had we had 1 veggie brekkie no trouble for them. Bar was great excellent value we had drinks in the bar with Roy and Vicky they were excellent hosts and hospitality second to none. We will be back with our doggie soon. Thanks both for everything.

The room we had was small but that’s all we needed for a random night away as the bed we had was so comfy & u could tell it was new! The hosts were great vicky & Roy we ended up staying in the bar area & didn’t go out which it had a vast variety ov drinks which a lot ov other b&b’s don’t offer! We just about got up for breakfast as I have said the bed was that comfy had a cracking nights sleep breakfast choice was very good too cereal fresh. Fruit orange juice iced lemon water then a full English breakfast I even got plum tomatoes which I prefer on my breakfast & the bacon was like a gammon sourced locall by local farmer as were the sausages very tasty & locally produce all in all a great overnight stay would definitely recommend & be back in the future for sure hopefull for more than 1 night next time 😉👍🍻

Well what can I say Vicky and Roy were exceptional hosts. Great location. They made us feel very much at home i travelled with my husband and daughter whom is 5. We had 8 nights here. The beds were comfy and the room was clean even had the option of a cooler room which was a bonus for myself. Nothing was too much trouble. They have a bar and tuck shop which is cheap. The breakfast was amazing there was more than enough and very good quality. They even made my daughter scrambled egg as she is funny about eating so catered to her needs. Very well stocked bar and refreshments throughout the day. Definitely will be returning.

The property is lovely and clean the hosts Roy and Vicky are amazing they make your stay so comfortable and there breakfast is amazing plus farm produce products used for breakfast I loved everything about this hotel and I’m a very fussy they have a fab wee tuck shop there loved my stay it was my 50th birthday and they went out there way to get me a 50th birthday card and an amazing big 50th ballon which I took home loved my stay here and will be returning back in the future

Amazing and welcoming hosts. Very friendly and hospitable. Recommended events that were on in case we hadn’t known. Tasty filling breakfast. Clean and comfy room. Beds were very comfy and linen had a lovely clean smell. Good location- tram stop at the end of the road.

Shower was intermittent with working- either boiling or freezing. Mentioned to host who said they’d turn boiler down but this had no affect. I didn’t mention it again as it wasn’t a major thing. Bathroom needs updating- not a major fault, but a refurb would have made the room more enjoyable. More power sockets- could only find two visible sockets- not great for a kettle on the floor!

We were met by vicky and roy and shown to our room the room was lovely and clean and very comfortable, next morning we had to go to a conference breakfast at the hotel is between 8.30 and 9.30 so we would miss it but they went out of there way and made it earlier for us and im glad we didnt miss it, it was delicious vicky explained the sausage and bacon they get straight from the farm, there is no shrinkage and u can tell, we were there for 2 nights and we have already booked for october, we come once or twice a year to blackpool and been in many places but now weve found a little gem

Vicky & Roy were OUTSTANDING Hosts, They made us feel so welcome at there Guest house,, They were very welcoming, Had a few drinks with us and sat and talked with us for a few hours once we had got back in from a fun packed day at Blackpool,, Had the Tv on for there Guests Football, Music & children's programmes, Children were made up with there Halloween Decorations they even had Halloween sweets out for the children such a lovely kind and generous touch. The Bar was Well stocked with a very good variety of Soft & alcoholic drinks at very good prices, Sweets & crisps were also Amazing for the price. Breakfast was lovely, Full Breakfast even had veggi sausage for me, cereal, Yogurt, Fruit juices, Tea, Coffee (i would of liked Decaf for medical purposes) Are room was on the Top floor and although is in need of updating we had a comfortable stay. Vicky & Roy were telling us all about there plans to convert our room into a Pent house/family room with the room next door, in knocking it through, We would love to see it when it's all done. The B&B has alot of potential and would love to see it once its all finished like there bathroom they have already renovated to a High standard.

Parking can be a problem but we were very lucky to get a space as someone left as we had just got there looking for a space which was none existent,,,once parked tho we didnt worry and was fab there was No charge, We parked up at 11am & left it there till 3.30pm the nxt day when we left to come home.

On arrival we were greeted by 2 friendly faces.We were shown to our room The room was clean. We put medication in the b&b fridge and were given vaccine to us each time we asked.We went out straight away. On our return we were greeted again asking about our evening. My husband had a drink in the very well stocked bar, whilst I went to bed. The beds were comfy and the linen had a lovely fresh smell. The room was the right temperature. A good night's sleep had by all. Breakfast was cooked fresh with quality ingredients with a good choice of cereals,fruit, yogurts, juice rea coffee, toast etc..Again friendly conversations with all guests.Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely pleasant stay
