Great location the hosts were very friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Our room no 7 was big however alot steps too manage after a few beers lol. Lovely stay will most definitely be returning x Breakfast we had in there other hotel across the road and was great quality 👌

We stayed in room 7 on top level and found the area between the room door and the top step rather narrow .I would suggest maybe a safety gate be put there so guests are cautious.

Central location and very clean rooms. Came over with friends for the marathon and owner and offered us late check out so we could come back after the race to freshen up and get ready. would recommend and would be sure to come back

We chose not to have breakfast due to our early travel plans. Location was good. Hostess was very welcoming.

Lower floor would have suited me better but that's just personal reasons. Not suitable for people with mobility issues

What a little gem, perfectly located in the centre of Blackpool, only a 15min walk to the fair and a 10min walk to central pier. The hosts were lovely and were quick to deal with a slight problem with the plumbing. The family Room at the front was spacious and well laid out with plenty of mirrors, sockets and most importantly t bags and biscuits:) Would 100% stay here again. The small bar was perfect for late night drinks with only a handful of people (no hen do's or stag do's which is also a bonus) Didn't stay for breakfast as we were up and out early but I'm sure it would have been great. Parking was about a 10min walk away in an overnight carpark and was about £11 for 24hrs which was very reasonable. I did worry when on previous reviews it mentions doors been slammed constantly but this was just that they are heavy fire doors and you just need to make sure you close them gently and not just walk in the room and let them slam shut (respect for fellow guests is all people have to do) Book and njoy :)

We actually didn’t stay in 100 Pipers as the Hotel was overbooked and the management put us in their other property known as Denvelle Hotel. The 2 guys that I met from management were super nice and helpful and they actually upgraded us to 2 rooms when we had booked only one quadruple room. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent for both beach and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They had ample supplies of tea/coffee. Overall it was an excellent value for money.

Parking was a problem but that is general problem overall in Blackpool especially near beach. But one of the management guys found us a cheap overnight parking, so credit to him.

We were in a small family room which was just fine for the 2 of us. It had a good sized shower and was clean and tidy. It was a bit on the dark side but the lovely owner told us that when we arrived and said she would swap us to a bigger room the next day but it wasn’t necessary. Breakfast was good. Sets you up for the day. Cereal to start then full cooked with as much tea and toast as you want. Lovely staff all round

Wasn’t much not to like. Could maybe do with a holder for toothbrushes as sink back are very narrow. That’s a minor detail though.

Excellent stay, very nice room, very warm, could do with some shower gel , plenty of coffee and milk in room, owners friendly and approachable

I think they are really trying hard to turn around what looks like an old worn out property. There seems to be a lot of renovation that still needs to be done but I could not grumble for the price. My wife and sons were very happy with our room and the staff were nice and helpful.

I couldn’t fault it. Of course it is visibly old and crumbling and needs cosmetic maintenance, but most hotels in the area of Blackpool are in the same condition. I can see they are working hard to smarten it up.

We had to double rooms booked but we ended up with 2 completely different rooms ! Our friends room 4 was lovely and spacious our room 14 was tiny and awkward but yet we paid same price. only there for 2 nights so not worth complaining as hotel was full. So the not so smiley face for room 14. Room 4 had a sleigh bed and a table and chairs very spacious

The hotel was close to a lot of the amenities, it was clean, comfy and the staff were excellent. They were there to help with anything you needed. We sat in the bar where we were having a relaxing drink with the kids enjoying having a game of pool & darts and singing and dancing to the music.breakfast was great and value for money. Would highly recommend it and will definitely book to return again.
