Great location the hosts were very friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Our room no 7 was big however alot steps too manage after a few beers lol. Lovely stay will most definitely be returning x Breakfast we had in there other hotel across the road and was great quality 👌

We stayed in room 7 on top level and found the area between the room door and the top step rather narrow .I would suggest maybe a safety gate be put there so guests are cautious.

Central location and very clean rooms. Came over with friends for the marathon and owner and offered us late check out so we could come back after the race to freshen up and get ready. would recommend and would be sure to come back

We chose not to have breakfast due to our early travel plans. Location was good. Hostess was very welcoming.

Lower floor would have suited me better but that's just personal reasons. Not suitable for people with mobility issues

We were in a small family room which was just fine for the 2 of us. It had a good sized shower and was clean and tidy. It was a bit on the dark side but the lovely owner told us that when we arrived and said she would swap us to a bigger room the next day but it wasn’t necessary. Breakfast was good. Sets you up for the day. Cereal to start then full cooked with as much tea and toast as you want. Lovely staff all round

Wasn’t much not to like. Could maybe do with a holder for toothbrushes as sink back are very narrow. That’s a minor detail though.

Excellent stay, very nice room, very warm, could do with some shower gel , plenty of coffee and milk in room, owners friendly and approachable

Clean, comfy beds, clean bedding and towels. Bathroom clean. Came with two children and stayed in family room. If you just want a place to stay this hotel is good, room was not massive but you get what you pay for. We were happy. We had been fair all day and returned late. Kids were ready for bed so they did. Tele In room. Tea and coffee facilities. . There’s a bar downstairs too which is fine. Didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment,

Kinga is a beautiful lady, go out her way for you.. even to got me vegan sausages for breakfast times. Clean room, warm and welcoming. Wish her all the best and to her daughter

The staff were amazing and so attentive and the lady at the desk even helped my mum take her suitcase up the stairs, the staff were always smiling and had an amazing attitude even when some the of the more difficult guests gave them a hard time. Please don't ever change you guys made our stay even better!

Nothing to complain about other than some drunken guest being loud at 12am but that has nothing against the hotel or staff
