Bath room cleanliness lacked a bit

It was in very good location. Very good customer service, we got moved into a different room was on the second level, it was much more quiet room I liked alot. Just funny first room had hair dye in.

The first room we got given, was half clean. And lot red hair dye around. We went to the customer service, to tell them, it was not us did this. Because didn't went get blamed something we didn't do and show them photos of the room. They was very nice and moved us. The second room had chocolate pudding on the walls lol, could see a kid was in this room. But from this, was very good stay. We just had bad luck, who would dye their hair in a inn, do it at home.

It’s a fantastic location, especially travelling with kids-no walking down back roads. The staff have been very friendly and inviting as well as helpful when I asked about my key card not working (sorted within minutes). Its the second time I’ve been here and will be back.

The staff were great. The bedrooms looked to have been recently decorated. The dinning area was clean and tidy. The located was fantastic for the tower and other attractions. It was also very close to the beach.

The stair carpet on entrance to reception could do with a clean or replacing. The mattresses in the bedroom although seemed to be new was very hard. The breakfast could do with additional option of cooked choice.

The views were great, the bed was so very comfortable I wish I could take it home 🤣 the staff was all lovely, and accommodating.

It could’ve been a bit cleaner. The windows were filthy and we paid extra to have a good sea view I had to wipe my windows down myself and the wipes had thick black dirt. The shower was also a bit dirty. The shower isn’t very accessible for small children, the head doesn’t move and is attached to the wall. Not ideal when child has disabilities and struggles with water on face. We didn’t have breakfast because I found it to be very overpriced for what it is. So we had this elsewhere.

enjoyed our stay - we were a bit cold in bed on our 1st night , with the quilt , but reception gave us a extra quilt which was so toastie ! the room did have a heater and air con we enjoyed our stay so much so , we are planning on booking for next year Its ideally situated for our needs , right near the bars , clubs , take aways we were buzzing with the discount rate for the parking too , this was great . knowing that you car is a secure building we loved our stay !

If I went by the reviews I would not have gone but so pleased I never went by them, friendly staff on arrival, paid £10 for early check in so could get on with our day, was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised as room was lovely and clean view was right opposite the north pier and sea, 2seats at dressing table to eat or sit and watch the waves, plenty of toiletries and hairdryer, think next time I will book without breakfast as was continental no cooked breakfast for £10 each, if I knew it was surrounded by lots of places to eat including Wetherspoons and Yates for good price for breakfast and meals literally next door to hotel. I think booking.com should mention this as makes the stay real value for money without breakfast, the room was a bit noisy from wind but hey your opposite the sea what do you expect the hotel can’t help that ! Get a room at the back where another member of family stayed in and said was lovely quiet room and also clean, please don’t listen to the hotel inspector guests as some are just looking for faults, this hotel was in a perfect location could not stay anywhere better, thank you

Windows little cleaner but suppose you can’t as fighting against sand and wind

The location is perfect, that's if you don't mind a little street noise. Lots of bars close by, a Spoons close by for breakfast too. Amazing sea views with a beautiful sunset over the sea. The bed was comfortable.

The room was modern in appearance but a little shabby. Not much hanging space for clothing and no coat hook.

Great location, easy check in, friendly staff.

The fan in the shower was on constantly and was not quiet
