Great location, just off the seafront and a 5 minute walk to the tower Very helpful owners on arrival, directed to a car park with good overnight rate We are a family of four with 2 teenagers (14 & 17) We had two seperate bedrooms, both with a double bed which connected via small hallway with access to a shower ensuite, all very clean with modern furniture The shower was great, fresh towels supplied Room was well heated We paid extra for breakfast (£10 each), which was lovely, unlimited drinks and lots of cereal options, plus a cooked breakfast The breakfast room was very bright, cheery and clean We stayed in the bar on NYE as it was raining quite hard, the owners were very friendly and included everyone in the midnight celebration We would definitely recommend

Nothing to complain about but..... Ensuite was very small, this is simply the nature of the building and would not stop us returning Breakfast was great but for £40, we thought this quite expensive

Just got back from our 3 night stay at Lexham Hotel and we would 100% recommend this hotel. We stayed in a family room with en-suite and it was lovely, plenty of space to get around within the room. We arrived earlier than originally planned but our room was ready on arrival and we were able to check in as soon as we got there. Hotel was clean at all times, can’t fault anything about it. Carol and Kevin were friendly and approachable. Nice bar area within the hotel, and breakfast was nice too. Thank you for our stay & we may see you again soon 😊

the staff were great and really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. everywhere was very clean and the room we were given was fantastic. locating was good with lots of parking close by.

There was confusion on the booking.com website. I booked at a rate and put my children's ages in but then when that was sent to the hotel it said at i had 3 at Under 1. The hotel called and resolved it by getting me a bigger and better room albeit at a higher rate unfortunately. This would be my only negative but i guess this is not a hotel issue.

Location really good for what I wanted. Carol was lovely and the facilities were very clean I thought the dining room was very up to date in decor ( I painted a room at my sons house the same colours about a month ago)

The bowls for cereals were not clean but when this was pointed out the problem was dealt with immediately and with full apologies. They were pleased I’d pointed the issue out to them. This is not a criticism at all but a complement as to how quickly they dealt with it. You just expect me to write something in this box

only criticism i have was the room a bit chilly, but i don’t think the host was actually to blame for this! as the room is huge with big windows, and the weather that day/night was bitterly cold, so just getting the draft coming through during the night!… there was central heating which did take a while to reach roasting hot, but the beds where big enough with lovely thick duvets!

Very nice hotel I travel for work around the uk and this was a pleasure trip, very tidy and clean hotel. Would 100 percent recommend

Bed said it was double , the base was double but it was 2 single mattresses and it felt like you was falling out of the bed (wife almost did at 2am ha ha) Gap between Bed and wall was so small I could only just pass it , I kicked the bloody radiator at 2am 😂. Plenty of room inside the room itself

We can't fault carol or the hotel ,room was very spacious and nothing was too much trouble, whether calling a taxi or requesting a breakfast at late notice. Carol is a lovely host , hopefully we will be back in Blackpool next August and would have no hesitation in booking the lexham again.

There was nothing wrong,if only they could put a concrete toilet seat in 😉.. as I will mention no names broke the plastic one !

Room was clean and beds were comfortable . Also very spacious even considering there were 4 of us sharing a room . The owners were absolutely amazing and super inviting and friendly. Nothing we asked or needed was too much . Would highly recommend .

We were in room 102, which was recently remodeled. It was decorated exceptionally, with all the facilities a family require for a short stay. We slept really well, with no noise from adjacent rooms or the open facilities downstairs. Please excuse the black circles on the photos, my camera lens is cracked. The room is immaculate. We paid separately for the breakfast, which was very nice. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

As to be expected for such a busy location, parking was very difficult. The hotel had access to some nearby spaces, however these are entirely inadequate for any sizeable car. We had to park in a nearby NCP/council car park, however the price for 24hrs was acceptable. This is no fault of the hotel, however, at busy times of year, it is something to consider when booking anywhere in Blackpool.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was good. The owners are so nice and very welcoming. We will stay again.

The tv kept losing signal but we weren't really bothered by it because we weren't in the room much.
