Was really shocked at this stay! From the moment we arrived we had been met by the new owner (taken over 3 months ago) and he was so welcoming, offered to take our bags to the room and escorted us to each of the 2 rooms we had booked. He made us feel very welcomed and at home. Rooms we had booked were amazing, we only booked standard however they were far from standard. Decor was elegently themed thoughout the hotel. We proceeded to the bar for a drink and they gave us full access to the music and Ipad so was free to put on what we wanted. Bar was well equipped and they gave us discount on drinks. After chatting with the new owner for a while we said that we would be out for the night as we had booked funny girls and he kindly offered us a free late checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay and will definatly be reurning next time we have an overnight stay in Blackpool. I am not overly compelled to fill in a review normally but this hotel went over and above so I felt that it was appropriate. Thanks again for an amazing stay, see you again soon. Stacey is hands-down a wonderful human. She helped me out of a bit of a pickle and she was so incredible kind, accommodating and generous. Thanks so much, Stacey!!! The room was super cosy and comfy and true to the 'home away from home' feel they have aimed to achieve. It was also nice and clean! I also loved thay it is walking distance to everything. Abiut 7mins to the train station and relatively flat. Close walk to everything you need in Blackpool North, right by the seaside. Also far enough away from the craziness of the bars down by the foreshore.

Being a solo traveller I do like to have at least breakky in, rather than eating out the whole time. It's not a critique, more a preference for me, but I'd have loved a little mini fridge.

Quirky decor that felt theatrical rather than tacky! Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff at the hotel. Quiet location and comfortable bed which meant we had a good night’s sleep. Good value for money, would stay again.

Needed a bin in the bathroom! An adjustable riser bar for the shower head would be better than a fixed spot which I found difficult to reach. Hotel staff were great, communication from the parent company was not - they hadn’t passed on information which meant our room wasn’t ready on check in (not the actual hotel’s fault). TV remote wasn’t working - not a major thing, probably just needed new batteries. Some sort of breakfast would be good, even if just a supermarket pastry or cereal bar to take away!

We loved the comfortable bed and the very camp decor. We also loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the very hardworking manageress.She couldn’t have been more lovely or helpful. I think that she should be recognised for her exceptional service to the hotel.

Nothing, the hotel was clean and very well maintained. Some noise from other guests, but it is Blackpool! The area has taken a turn for the worst unfortunately but this didn’t spoil our stay.

Fabulous little hotel. Really beautifully decorated with quirky and vintage items - I love the style. I was keen to find something a bit different from bland hotel rooms, and this didn’t disappoint. Spotlessly clean, too. The girl who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easier than anticipated as there were spaces in the road. The bed was large and comfortable. And the location was perfect - the beach is just round the corner, and the tower is just ten mins walk. Would happily stay again.

Not really too much of a big deal, but the shower came out either hot or cold - it seemed impossible to get it just “warm”. Also it would be lovely to have maybe some kind of small armchair in the bedroom. Other than that, it was really lovely.

lovely & helpful host, Very welcoming. she let us store our luggage prior & after our stay. Nice big room with period style decor & furnishings, very nice & quirky.Nice bathroom with toiletries & had a overall very pleasent stay.

unfortunately the tv reception was down due to the previous storms so we couldn't watch tv but this was not a massive problem & not the hosts fault either as she was waiting for it to be fixed. The internet was a little slow but again its in a low reception area so again not the hosts fault.

was absolutely spotless, so clean and by far the cleanest place i’ve ever stayed at in blackpool the bed was so so comfy ! the staff was so friendly and laid back said we could come and go as we please. excellent value for money clean fluffy big towels and a hairdryer for us to use nice hot shower good location for where we wanted to be

if i absolutely had to say something the only thing i could think of was cups were too small in my personal opinion for coffee in the morning but this did not affect my stay , thank you!

Wow what a little gem we have found this lovely little hotel is fabulous arrived mid afternoon NYE greeted with a glass of fizz our room was lovely little touches Bottle of Fizz was a nice surprise Hairdryer provided all toiletries there brand & toothbrush/ paste…great stay lovely owners Thank you so much we had a fabulous stay 😁

This place is a hidden gem ,spotlessly clean ,Gareth was just so friendly and helpful ,decor is absolutely stunning ,rooms were excellent beds very comfy ,shower clean and plenty of hot water ,was given preseco on arrival and a bottle of the same in our room ,very nice touch close to bars and attractions too .

We couldn’t actually get in to the building at check in time, we were stood out side for around 10 minutes, finally a member staff answered but she didn’t actually know we were outside. No contact numbers provided worked. Shower was not working, again no number or staff to speak to. Strike of luck, we opened the hot tap on the sink and the shower started working.
