Property is lovely. Room very clean. Lovely new tvs. Bed was very comfortable. Owners very friendly and helpful. Shower was great. Decor was lovely. Will definitely stay again but would rather pay extra for an upgrade room to be away from noise of bar.

The budget room I booked was right above the bar so couldn’t sleep until after 10pm. I would Advise to pay more for a better room as it’s still very affordable. No details of WiFi password, had 4G so wasn’t a problem but kept forgetting to ask for WiFi password. Toilet comes away from wall but does for a budget room.

Had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for about a week in a single room. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a comfty mattress, free high-speed WIFI, and flat screen cable TV. The bathroom was also cleaned daily which added to the comfort of the stay. Very pet friendly, my dog loved the stay as much as I did. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that everything is up to standards. I have been to a few hotels in the area, and I couldn't recommend a better stay in Blackpool.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. Very welcoming from the start and made us feel at home. The room was fantastic, very clean and everything you could need, for the price it was surprising quality and a very comfortable bed. The hosts were great very chatty and friendly and great company whilst we had a couple of drinks before leaving for the evening. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will be booking here again.

Lovely place close to the sea front and attractions short walk to train station bars shops etc .lovely owners very welcoming and make you feel at home and drink offers at the bar bonus. Room was lovely and clean comfortable bed tea and coffe facilities in the room ideal for my short stay. Will most defiantly stay again and would highly recommend 👌 thank you

Leaving so soon

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and clean and spacious. (We had room 6) Pet friendly which was fab as my chihuahua Teddy made friends with the owners dog also calked teddy :) ... On site bar with amazing drink prices. I even asked for a fan as I was feeling unwell and they brought it straight up. Will definitely be back.

On our way home after another fabulous stay at the the B and B Blackpool. Rooms comfortable and clean. Lovely food and amazing staff. Thanks to Luke and John for the amazing welcome. Special thanks to all the staff for looking after us. Great hotel with welcoming friendly staff. Look forward to seeing you all again in April. Thanks again callum + Family

John one of the owners greeted us with a smile he carried our bag up 2 flights of stairs which we were very grateful for. There was wine and chocolates in the room which we felt was a lovely gesture. Breakfast was more than adequate with John on hand to bring you anything extra should you want it.

Bathroom was really quite big but the door didn't close but to be fair John and Luke were looking to do major repairs and more decorating when they close in jan

Location was good, 5 minute walk from north station. Owner was really nice and very helpful with our stuff, room was comfortable

Bathroom was abit smelly but I guess small bathrooms with no vents your going to get that, as it’s not the first, so had to keep bathroom door shut. Seen on reviews you can pay for cooked breakfast on arrival but that wasn’t the case, but breakfast was reasonable, selection of cereals/yogurt/fruit and was offered either tea/coffee and toast, oj and milk to help yourself to.

A great warm welcome from John. Breakfast was delicious and would highly recommend the room was lovely and warm a very high powered shower, which was amazing and would highly recommend. Breakfast was really delicious and it was also a power shell which I love the staff was really friendly and I will definitely be back

Beautiful decor. Immaculately clean. Great facilities. Brilliant and welcoming staff. Couldn't fault them.

Nothing- it was up the north end of the strip, but that is good as it is calmer for children to sleep. No parking - but there is a car park available a 2 minute walk away
