Would highly recommend the guesthouse as for those visiting Blackpool, it's located far enough back from the prom to be away from the hustle and bustle and still handily placed for the beach and Tower attractions. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable, breakfast was self service with good range of basic breakfast staples such as cerals and fruit avaiable. There's plenty of places to grab food within a short walk.

Recommendation if your group has a person with disabilties try and get lower floor room when booking.

Myself and my two children came to stay here for the weekend and we were so overwhelmed with how lovely it was, our room was beautiful, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Myself and my girls don't usually like to eat breakfast to early so the fact they had all the complimentary cereals, croissants, fruit juices amongst other things was a huge bonus. We had such a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning thankyou so much you have a lovely guest house 😊👌

The design of the room was very moden which me an my partner liked to a very high standered of cleanliness was left to do your own thing such as chill in lounge an breakfast bar if wanted and if we had any problems the staff was only a text or phone call away would definitely stay here again the main town was only a 10 minute walk to the tower beautiful around Christmas time highly recommended to friends an family

We can happily say there were no dislikes to are stay we enjoyed every relaxing minute of it 😀

The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities all worked, once you got in

I wasn't thrilled that there wasn't anybody on site. The code I was given did not unlock the keysafe, and it took half an hour to resolve. Eventually I was given a different room, and a different code, and it all worked fine, but I had a very frustrating half hour in the middle

great location and kept to a very clean standard. the staff are very friendly the cleaner helped me with information on places to park and the lady running it had loads of time for us and was very friendly with the kids great little getaway will stay here again.

I like the fact that you can enter an no1nes their 2 greet you.its like private ya own house.heaters always on an warm water.would definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately may be not the fault of the owners 1 of the wood panels was broken from under the bed.am sure it can b fixed.apart from this good

Great, easy self check in which was handy for arriving/departing when is convenient. Nicely updated guest house with staff who are considerate and easy to get hold of via message on booking.com or by phone. Perfect location close to town.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room in lovely guesthouse. In walking distance from all major attractions and town centre. Underfloor heating in bathroom was very luxurious and shower was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the guest house, nice and clean with useful amenities. We had a minor problem that was resolved instantly despite the guest house being contact free, customer service was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here again.
