The location is in the perfect place to reach everything and avoid all the noise from the main strip, only a short walk to the beach front and to nearby shops/restaurants etc. The receptionist made me feel welcome and was contactable whenever I needed him, room was better than I thought it was going to be, the windows were a bit stiff to close but the room was warm enough with them open anyway

Everything was great exceeded what i was expecting, will be my go to place when I next book to Blackpool again

Omar gave me a phone call earlier in the day to ask for an approximate arrival time to make sure he would be there to welcome us.He was very polite and showed us everything that we needed to know.

The only fault that i had was that there were no doors on the bedrooms and i was sharing with my daughter and 2 grand daughters but we worked around that it didn't spoil the break

Property was great value for money, staff was very friendly. Carpets in bedrooms are dated and wallpaper around the property was shoddy but overall excellent value for money and would visit again if needed. Bed was very comfy and clean. No noise at night. Had a great nights sleep.

Parking at the property is limited but this is expected in the area. Ample paid parking opposite and a little further down.

Bed really clean and comfortable, staff here were really friendly and accommodating. Paying £10 to park the car at the hotel was great. Many people stayed here on the day we did, close to the front and just what we wanted for a nights stay. For what we paid I can’t complain!

The overall hotel its self its lovely clean, has a great location, has very spacious rooms, clean tidy and comfortable. The staff is all very friendly

There's nothing i didn't like about this hotel and would be definitely stopping here again

Noisy drunk guests slamming doors when they get in from the pub, if I wasn't tea total id probably be just as loud as other people

Staff were very helpful in sorting a refund for a room we ended up not needing. Location is great for getting down to the golden mile and room was clean and tidy

I just wasn't keen on the car parking situation of having to park my car round the back of the hotel in an alley
