Lovely couple who run the place. Offer free parking and a delicious cooked breakfast. I loved that there was bottled water in the room and ear plugs too! Very clean and well maintained hotel. Definatly one of the nicer ones in Blackpool!

Couldn't fault our stay. When we arrived we thaught the carpark was full and didn't realise there was extra parking so went and parked on the main carpark. The owners were very apologetic and sent us home with a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture even though we didnt mind. Not many hotels in Blackpool offer free parking or parking at all!

The owners are very accomodating, available 24 hours for assistance. The owners were very nice and very welcoming. Quiet area so get good nights sleep, Central Pier literally 5 minute walk. The breakfast was very nice and bedrooms had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Parking onsite at request. Informed us of good places to eat and attractions nearby to help us make the most of our stay in Blackpool. We will definately come back to stay in this hotel on our next stay in Blackpool.

There wasn't much not to like in all honesty. Room was small (not a criticism) but all that was required for my son and I. It was extremely clean, and smelt amazing too, as did the rest of the Villa (bravo on the air fresheners used 👏). Breakfast was fantastic and lounge and bar available within looked the part. Location was perfect, no need to take the car anywhere after it was parked (pre-booked) Above all else though was the service we received from Cat (with whom we dealt with most). Nothing was too much trouble, and she was willing to openly chat at any time, and also provide any info required. The biggest compliment I can pay is my 11 year old said "she's the nicest lady we've met in any hotel we've stayed in." Would thoroughly recommend.

From the initial warm welcome greeting at the door to check out on the final day I really felt like this was also my second home. Absolutely excellent stay a credit to booking.com,really friendly service with a big smile. Would really recommend a stay at West Vale Villa the best bed and breakfast I've visited. Excellent value too with a top notch breakfast.

Absolutely nothing to dislike 10/10

This is a lovely and friendly family run hotel. It really did tick all the boxes. The hosts themselves are absolutely lovely and friendly. The hotel itself has everything you need. Rooms are lovely and clean with tea making stuff and ample storage. It has a games room/tv lounge. Also a very well equipped bar. Dining room was lovely and breakfast was superb. Will definitely be returning

Cat the host was a real treat. Lovely warm person. Made to feel welcome straight away. B&B itself is spotlessly clean. Pool table and a well stocked bar downstairs. Room was great. Lovely and warm even at 2am when I crept in. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. 100% stay here again when in Blackpool. See you soon cat. 😁

Katherine was amazing! So kind and attentive - nothing was too much trouble! She was chatty and made me feel very comfortable, without being overbearing. The room was cozy and bed soft, a nice temperature and the stay was nice and close to where I needed to be. Could not have had a more pleasant stay I felt so at home!

The landlady was so nice, nothing was to much trouble for her. The atmosphere at breakfast was brilliant because she was so friendly everyone was chatting. The breakfast was lovely and set out on the plate lovely, extra toast and coffee was offered. Extra coffee for the room. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived early and everything was ready for us. Our room was very nice and clean, we had kettle and coffee,tea and biscuits provided, a TV, ensuite it was all very nice. Everything was clean we will definitely stay again. Thank you

Terrific b&b.Damon and Catherine are great hosts.very friendly and helpful and great with kids.Ideal location just a short walk to promenade,rooms spotless and decent size for the 3 of us. Breakfast excellent,free parking and safe is a huge advantage aswell.wont look past West Vale in future and great value for money.

Cant fault the stay.
