Sam and Bob are so friendly, messaged them late at night for towels and, Bob had delivered it to us despite the cheeky late hour!! We didnt know that the pride parade was on we had visited, they were thoughtful to let us know. We really enjoyed ourselves. The room itself was clean, tidy and, the hallways had a flair of their own. Nice old newspaper clippings and, personal touches to give the hotel a homely feel. I would love to come back here again :). The chalkboard is a nice touch to write messages on, it had been a while since I had used a chalkboard! The neighbourhood seemed like everybody knew each other.. Everyone was smiling and chatting away. Got blasted by the thunderstorm but managed to get in just before it hit harder! It was such a good getaway trip from gloomy London !!! We miss you guys already!

Water pressure for the shower needs to be a tad bit stronger but that's just my preference. This is in no way a bad thing.

It was clean and very friendly and accommodating staff. Close to everything. Taxi was available. Newly updated everything. Modern and sleek bathroom. New and clean beds. Dressing gowns available. Free gifts for guests. Coffee provided with cups. Cable TV. Non-smoking. Blankets and pillows. Fan was provided and needed. Thank you.

No parking available for personal vehicle. Keyhole in the door is able to see through. Bathroom shower has no curtain, water gets on the floor. Fridge a bit small.

We booked this stay last minute and we were over the moon we found this place. The hotel entrance was very welcoming and homely. The room we stayed in (11 I think) was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing and stylishly furnished. The owner was welcoming and lovely when showed us to our room. There was a table and chairs offset through an arch away from the bed where we could have breakfast, which had cereal and wrapped croissant items kindly included. There was a small fridge with milk, orange juice and water in. These touches made the room stand out from places we’ve stayed previously. The bathroom was modern and clean. Dressing gown and slippers provided to use when we stayed. This was a luxury experience. Thank you for a great stay.

Sam and Bob were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the hotel room was very spacious and we had everything we needed already in the room for us. You're free to come and go as you please with your own keys, anything you need they are just a text message away and its so close to the beach its brilliant!

The room was very spacious and tastefully presented. Some of the extras provided were a great addition such as dressing robes and slippers. The Wi-Fi was faultless. My hosts were engaging and nothing was too much trouble.

I may have read the booking terms and conditions wrong so this maybe a little unfair, I thought I would be receiving a full English breakfast but it was a continental breakfast served in your room. Car parking is really not available on the street but there is a car park two streets away but is a tad expensive.

it was lovely and clean,modern and thoughtful to finer details. loved the space we had and an option for a bath was great after walking all day our feet were killing so nice to have a soak! we have definitely found a gem of a place in Blackpool that will will revisit again. Sam and Bob were very helpful. thank you for making a stay so special

Being such a short walk from the beach was certainly ideal. The room that we stayed in came with a complimentary continental breakfast which was nice for when we needed a little snack. The bed was super comfy and the staff were lovely, plus always happy to chat. It felt a really cosy place to stay.

There really wasn't much to dislike. The only problem with our stay was the closure of the communal room due to the current circumstances. Other than that I can't really fault anything and I am thankful for the stay.

Absolutely fantastic host. With all the special little touches like milk provided in fridge in room. Dressing gowns and slippers. Room was beautifully set and a good size too. Really good hot powerful shower. Full length mirror. We would definitely stay again. We couldn't fault it. I have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool this was the best by far keep doing what your doing. We will be back

Lovely hotel just off the main walk in to the town. Had a room on the ground floor with a roll top bath in. Very clean and spacious. No breakfast option but the room had a fridge in that was stocked with milk, orange juice and yogurts. On the table it was set out with Danish pastries, cereals, butter, jam etc. Really lovely thought. Parking easy on streets outside or nearby. Would definitely go again if visiting Blackpool.

Welcomed in by the owner and shown to our room. Given parking information and all house rules were explained. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had plenty of fresh towels and tea, coffee and milk were in plenty supply. There was a small fridge in the room and it held complimentary bottles of water.

It was an exceptionally cold weekend and we felt the temperature of the radiator in the bedroom was not adequate although it did take the chill out of the room and there was no radiator in the en suite so when entering the bathroom it was like walking into a fridge.
