The location is perfect not that far from central pier close to the beach the owner was lovely and went out of his way to help we actually stayed an extra 2 days at the b&b has our other hotel wasn’t up to scratch and I was over the moon when I phoned up and he said we could stay again all staff are warm and welcoming and very good with children the bedroom was lovely and clean and everything was provided in the room fresh towels soaps shampoos ect plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate and milk a smart tv in the bedroom witch was a good size there also was a mini fridge as well we got an free upgrade on our room I would 100 percent recommend this b&b you will not be disappointed there is a bar also witch was lovely and drinks prices was also a good price I can’t comment on the breakfast has I don’t eat breakfast but it did smell lovely the price for the breakfast was also a good price I will definitely be booking here again in the future once again thank you for having us and we look forward to returning

Stayed here from 1st June until 3rd June and felt very welcomed from the second I arrived. Owner absolutely brilliant, he was so helpful from the second I arrived. Shower worked really well, liked the fact it was a private bathroom. No noise at all from other guests which is amazing when you go away and still get a good nights sleep. Bed comfortable, room clean and tidy, tele worked, good tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer and kettle. Couldn't fault the room at all. Stayed in room 5. I called the owner Jeff and he was absolutely fantastic with me and especially my 2 year old. Very helpful when needed but not in your face which was fab. They have fish and my little one was allowed to go through kitchen to see the big fish when he wanted. Very generous with ice cream and felt it was more like a family home rather than a hotel, due to how brilliant staff were. Breakfast was absolutely spot on, hot and good range of food and great value for money. Location spot on and kind of right in middle of the pleasure Beach and the tower. Would definitely return to this hotel every time we come to Blackpool. Wouldn’t want to stay at any other hotel now. Honestly, cannot fault the hotel or the owner. Weather beautiful and attractions fab. Did sea life centre, water park and Gruffalo attraction which was absolutely amazing and my 2 year old loved it.

In all honesty, there is nothing i didn't like, cannot fault it.

Room was lovely and clean with lots of tea coffee and hot chocolate for brews. Towels and packets of soap and shampoo of needed. Owners are lovely and let my little boy go and see the fishes in the back and gave him a ice cream! Breakfast was lovely and even started early for us as we were due at the sandcastle at 9am. Bar was offered to be open if we wanted it and the whole place was so quiet. My little one even had a lie I which is unheard of. Will 100% book again.

The hotel is a little gem, considering the area. Please don't be put off by the location, there street parking nearby and the promenade is just at the end of the road. Lovely decor and welcoming hosts. Good selection of drinks in the bar and comfortable seating. Will stay again :)

Everything was fine, apart from I chose a night when the rest of the hotel was booked out by guests involved in an under-11 football tournament, so was quite noisy at times. But this was an exception not the rule!

Perfect location, within walking distance of tower and pleasure beach. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, he even managed to save us a parking spec. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on that. Room was small but had everything you needed, kettle, tea,coffee,hot chocolate, fan, hairdryer ,power shower was excellent, comfortable bed.

This was an extremely last minute booking so I was a bit worried but I had no reason to be. We did have room only so I can only comment on our room. It was lovely and had everything we could have needed. It was clean and very comfortable.we had a great nights sleep. Owner was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in a couple of b&bs in Blackpool and been disappointed so I was very plesently surprised. I would reccommend staying here.

The owner was very kind and friendly. He couldn't have done more for us. My only issue was the 2 flights of stairs as I have disability however, that was my fault as I didn't request 1st floor. I managed but slowly. Bed very comfortable, room clean, great location and an absolute bargain for 3 nights. My husband and I will certainly be returning. 😁👌

We went for my birthday weekend, the room was very clean and comfortable they had left me a cake and some wine and balloons which was an unexpected surprise. I would definitely recommend the hotel and the owner was a great guy. We will be going back very soon.

I went with my dad for his birthday we had a family room private rooms but could get in each others very spacesious rooms with shower an toilet hosts very welcoming an great service definitely recommend an will be returning

I loved the decoration .the clean room and facilities . Everything was clean the staff were very helpful and understanding .cumfy bed and wi fi .very good at accommodating the customers needs .reasonably good priced too .they do breakfast aswell .very freindly nicely ran .
