Warm and friendly welcome by the hosts. and throughout the stay. The room and the environment are immaculately clean and everything is of a very high standard. The breakfast was excellent also. I will be coming back at my next opportunity. There is plenty of space to park outside the property which made it easy to carry my bags into the house and there are local convenience stores and pharmacies within a 5 minute walk. It's a great location.

A very warm and genuine welcome from our hosts who were hospitable, helpful and informative. The facilities were smart, clean and comfortable - very efficient shower and a good supply of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was perfectly cooked, tasty and the service was excellent. Great value for money and we would happily stay again.

The owner, Bulent, was extremely friendly and helpful - a great room, very clean, a little small, but with good facilities and prefect for our one-night stay. Very quiet at night. A fantastic "full-English" breakfast was included in the price - cooked freshly to our requirements. Fantastic value for money, near to the motorway and the local train station

From the moment we arrived, the owners, Bevent and Julie were so accommodating (literally) and helpful. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Its location was superb for us visiting the area, and for anyone else who could use this as a base for exploring the many wonderful sights in nearby Rivington country park.

Very friendly and accommodating. My partner was competing in iron man this morning and they arranged a breakfast at 3am and left a lovely message on the door. Went above and beyond. Brilliant shower - best I’ve had in years (room 3)

Julie and Bulent were gracious and helpful hosts. The whole facility was extremely clean and room and ensuite comfortable. Max very much enjoyed his cooked breakfast. Thank you so much Julie and Bulent. BTW we had an awesome meal at Nick's opposite, delicious 😋

Lovely clean room and En-Suite. Nice comfy beds, quiet, no noise from the main road. Very friendly hosts, amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. Made to feel very welcome, close to local amenities and stadium. Will definitely visit again 😊

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, just what we expected, tea and coffee were available in the room, shower was good. breakfast area was nice and we were served a lovely breakfast of our choice.

Airy room, which was welcome on the warm night I stayed. Property is on a main road but noise wasn’t an issue at all. Parking available immediately outside. Friendly & helpful hosts. Good breakfast. Convenient for M61.
