This was my 1st visit to work office in Crewe which happens to be right next to the Ibis so it seemed a ‘no brainer’ to book here. Right from check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered an Uber delivery the 1st night as I assumed the food wouldn’t be great. The 2nd night I saw the broad menu & wasn’t disappointed when I ordered the steak pie & chocolate fudge cake. The hotel was good value for money & the room was nice & spacious.

My only moan is with the bed, it was very hard & not great after a 2 night stay. Aside from that I cannot fault the hotel & will be back each month for my work trips.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was very welcoming and comfortable. It is dog friendly which was an essential element of our trip.The outside space had a welcome seating area.It was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast too

It was a little stuffy in the room but the staff kindly gave us a fan so wasn’t an issue

Lovely campus feel, airy and spacious lobbies. The bar manager was genius - crafted my new fave drink - zero alcohol beer with a lime segment!! The tray of chicken Katsu I was able to take up to my room was amazing. Nice desk team. Good parking.

The bedroom floor was a bit slippery - I would have liked a rug.

Location was a bit out of the way; Food from 24/7 menu was ok, but over-priced for what it was; With a linoleum floor in the room (making it a little chilly in the room in the evening), I’m not sure exactly how the £10 per pet charge is justified…

Comfy and clean. Easy check in. Exactly what I needed for one night!

The fire alarm went off at 2.30am.. not the hotels fault at all and was nice to meet the other guests in the car park half asleep! 🤣 I will say the lad on the night shift sorted it super quickly and we were all back in bed by 2.50!

Proximity to train station - I arrived late in the evening, and it was minutes away. Rooms have higher quality feel than most budget hotels A window that opens for fresh air made such a difference to quality of stay

There was no shower gel or hand wash in the dispensers

Solid 3 star business hotel. Clean and well serviced with friend staff and a bettter than usual restaurant for this sort of hotel (not exceptional - just better than usual).

The rooms are pretty pokey and an iron in the room is needed, given the clientele

We stayed without breakfast. We had a large clean room. Spacious bed hairdryer to hand. Decent size TV. Wet room and toilet very spacious. Comfy bed the room was just lovely and warm. The addition of the red curtain to the window kept light out. The view from the window was pleasant trees blowing in the wind. With a few ducks from a nearby pond. Big free car park They price payed for our duration was a bargain Loved this hotel would recommend and return

We took our dog but he couldn't get around the room because the whole floor was laminate He's a old dog and watching him slip and fall was heartbreaking I think when you charge extra 20.00 for a dog. The dog should have as comfortable stay as its owners

Very helpful. We are both disabled and as requested our room was easily accessible, right next to the lift and a lovely gentleman carried our bags up for us. We were able to take our dog with us into the bar to eat and into the breakfast room in the morning which was fantastic. Close walks were very much enjoyed by the dog. Very comfortable and my daughter loved the wet room which was very easily used. Quiet, friendly and accommodating. Lovely breakfast.

both me and my son had breakfast each morning at ibis , the breakfast room was very clean and the staff very nice , breakfast was cereals , and apples , and fresh orange juice , they were also plain yogurt's , make your own toast , the cooked breakfast was fried eggs , sausage , beans and mushrooms , and make your own coffee using a coffee machine ,

i would of liked to have seen grilled tomatoes , and perhaps hash browns , th coffee machine had a few problems sometimes it only gave yo half a cup of coffee , and one morning no coffee just hot milk i did tell the staff about it , i ended up making a coffee in my room for me and my son
