The staff were very pleasant and helped with any questions asked of them. Evening dinner was very tasty and plentiful. Location was very good for my needs.

The only downsides I found was that Breakfast was not available, and if you wanted to leave the hotel before 10.00a.m. or enter after 10.00p.m.you had to use the fire escape which was at the rear of the hotel meaning you had to walk around the building to reach the car park and roadway. I have many doubts that this is legal, if there was a fire near to the fire escape there was no other exit as all the interior doors to the reception and front exit were locked between 10.00 p.m.and 10.00 a.m.

Never had breakfast as I don't eat breakfast. But the staff were great .they could not do enough to help very friendly. And the shower was the best I have ever used in any hotel. And I will be going back

I have no complaints. Apart from the weather but that is no fault of the hotel excellent

It was beautiful, room was large with a bath and a shower and everything was clean and well decorated. Bed was really comfy. They didn’t do breakfast but that didn’t really matter. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pleasure to stay here would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable and staff were first class. A fridge in the room is a nice touch but full size fridge a bit odd. A small hotel fridge would be more appropriate.

No breakfast available. Even a help yourself continental would have been nice. Cereal, yogurt, coffee etc.

The food was excellent. Our only complaint if it can be classed as a complaint was the portion sizes were too big, we will have to go back some other time for dessert.

In the morning there was a shortage of hot water and the water pressure in general appeared low, the toilet cistern took ages to recharge

Hotel was located just of the main road, very quiet and the evening meals had plenty to choose from and were very good value. I opted for a bagged breakfast which came with more than I expected!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Owner gave us a lift to the leisure centre on our first night there. Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfy i had the best sleep ever.

The staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was really great value for money and the rooms were really nice, well decorated, modern, and very clean. Would definitely recommend

Only downside was that during covid they have lost their breakfast chef, but given there is a supermarket selling breakfast nearby it wasn't a big deal.

Staff were very accommodating. Room was spacious and quiet. Put a fridge in room which was a bonus

Minor issue. Light above single bed would be good and small table. A bit pricey for room only but location made up for it
