Lovely big bed with crisp white bedding , not too hard like many other hotels but pleasantly soft yet firm. Everything was spotlessly clean including the ensuite shower room which had a walk in shower. Husband appreciated the honesty bar for a 'night cap'. Decent size TV for a B&B and a comfy couch in the room. We later discovered that we had to leave an hour before the breakfast was served as we had to visit an event which opened at 7.30. So had to wake the host in order to pay for our room and bar bill, who was gracious despite being disturbed so early on a Sunday morning.

We had room 1. It was of a good size and very clean as was the bathroom which had a good shower. The hospitality tray was well stocked and generous. Our room, which had air conditioning faced the busy main road but the double glazing was excellent and we did not notice any road noise. The breakfast offering included fresh fruit and a good full English breakfast. Parking was good. There was a honesty bar available which had a good selection of reasonable priced drinks. The owner was cheerful and helpful.

Ideal position for Malvern & Worcester. Ample parking. Twin room booked, nice & warm. Comfy beds, lovely large bathroom. Freshly cooked breakfast, choice of cerals & fresh fruit. Steven very polite & accommodating nothing too much trouble Didn't manage to have time to use the honesty bar, perhaps next time. Like to support independent businesses, will book again when visiting the area.

The dining area was a little sombre, perhaps some low volume background music, eg: local radio station.

Immaculately clean; great breakfast. Gentleman helpful. The air-con would be really useful on hot days.

The 'trade fair' tea bags. Each of the 4 we used - the strings and tags were merely enclosed, never been attached to the bags, and the eco friendly bags got torn in the tea every time. Sort of funny!

Room very clean. Breakfast delicious and the perfect amount. Service very attentive but not in your face. Steve was a genial host and it was lovely having our own access with our own keys so we could enter and exit the property without bothering anyone else. Parking available too.

Needed a firmer pillow. My fault for not asking if one was available. On a main road so it was noisy from early morning to late evening. Our room was at the back and other guests, possibly staff, were walking right by our patio windows and could see in.

This B & B is very well run, clean, comfortable,and serves a very good breakfast, there is an "Honesty Bar" as the establishment is licenced for the sale of alcohol, which is great if you just want a quiet drink in the evening in the residents lounge. Steve makes you feel welcome and runs an excellent B & B which we will return to next time we are in the area.

The breakfast was very good. The little bar and sofas to relax in along with the honesty fridge with drinks was a nice touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the room was facing forwards on to the main road from Worcester to Malvern, the road traffic was only just audible and didn't disturb our excellent sleep.

Nothing much - maybe the shower could be a little more powerful?

We only had breakfast, the quantity was satisfactory.We got room 4 on the ground floor, not with the view shown in the picture, it suited the purpose, the positive thing about it was that you could go outside to smoke!It doesn't have any guarded parking! If there is a space in front of the house, you can park there, but there is no parking lot, because someone stops in front of the entrance and you can't go inside, but 1-2 cars would fit.You can only park on the street or on the road.

Perfect location, very quiet & we would stay there again as its close to the local town & also malvern three counties showground Facilities in the bathroom were excellent, nice comfortable bed & great tea & coffee making facilities Breakfast was lovely, was a shame we didn’t have time to have the continental option as well as the nicely represented cooked option

While this property is classed as B&B, its a bit more than that. Its a lovely house with an honesty bar, comfortable sitting room/lounge and plenty of places to sit outside in the evening. Our room was very pleasant with comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. We had a very spacious bathroom with a large walk in shower and again, good quality towels. The house is situated on a main road but our room had double glazing so that was not an issue. The location of the house did make getting to places easier and there are a number of pubs and places to eat near by and a bus stop outside with regular buses. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was excellent.
