Breakfast really good. Room great but electric heater temperamental, sometimes working sometimes not. Bed is double and comfortable but king size is preferable. Staff are hard working and pleasant.

Buffet breakfast could be a bit warmer. Kids running around corridor late at night unsupervised by parents. Was reported but staff could have dealt with complaint better/quicker. Dog friendly accommodation but this should be revised as we noticed dog muck outside at entrance to hotel foyer. Smokers are not discouraged outside entrance to hotel and smoke wafts inside.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and supportive. The location was really great to. It was very easy to access the bus service to the town. In any other part. There was quite a few buses went to different places. also the bus station and the train station was only a bus ride away which is about 2 miles away, so that was really helpful too. There was a big Tesco’s” a few shops in the complex as well that’s five minutes to walk from my hotel, there so very happy indeed.

The only criticism was because we had two single beds. I don’t think they were that comfortable, but apart from that I was happy with everything else in the room.

Clean and well-run. Very obliging friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Location isn't great but it's handy enough - easy with a car to get into inverness. I got there too late for the hotel restaurant but there are lots of fast-food places a short walk away, and a gastro-pub within a few metres. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of parking.

My only gripe about the place is the amount of single-use plastic. The hotel group needs to cut down on this, it's really against the spirit of the times and it feels bad taking individual plastic-wrapped servings of butter and jam, sauces, shower cream and shampoo, bathroom water glasses (plastic wrapped in plastic!) etc. I'd suggest they audit and see what can be replaced with sustainable packaging or reusable items: it's shameful as it is. Particularly when they display messaging about "saving the planet" in every bathroom.

I was happy with the price which included breakfast. The hotel reception / bar area and seating area was warm and comfortable. The room / bathroom was very clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast -we were near the finishing time - was fine for me. Although the room was looking out over the entrance and carpark - the noise level was minimal and no sleep disturbance.

Temperate in the room was cool when we returned after an evening out. It was difficult to improve the warmth of the room using the temp gauge. Once successful, it did warm up to a comfortable level. Morning - it was cool again and felt chilly when showering and dressing. Something simple would suffice.

Easy to get to plenty of parking

Location. Central for my friends who I was up visiting, easy to get to without having to go into the city and plenty parking. I will.be back and will use this hotel whenever I up in Inverness.

The only minor issue I have is the disabled parking bays were not free from ice/snow. I realise the car park is a shared carpark however in icy weather could the disabled parking bays be gritted amd salted? At the moment I use crutches to help with mobility and crutches and ice don't mix well. Just a thought. I have no other issues......really happy with the hotel.

The hotel was was clean and the lobby was large and well appointed. breakfast was very good and generous and the bar was nice. Extremely helpful staff. We had a problem with our car and we’re having difficulty with contacting the rental company. The staff even looked up phone numbers to help us. - It was very much appreciated.

The room was warm - not surprising since it’s Scotland and they were experiencing a heat wave.

From check in to departure, everything was clean cut , easy and simple. We got exactly what we hoped for and all at a fantastic price. The Hotel has a very relaxed and chilled out vibe. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything one would require for a pleasant stay and to cap it all off , breakfast was most delicious. Thank you very much indeed!

Spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. There is plenty of parking available and it’s very close to the retail park with many shops and supermarkets.

The breakfast selection was limited, there were no eggs available except during the last day of our stay. It looks like the window in our room didn’t close properly (there was a draught coming in although not a problem since it was very warm) but it meant we could hear people talking outside as we were right next to the entrance.

Economical family staying place. The staffs were very cooperative and kind.

I was given a family room which has a door from inside to adjacent room. This area was not sound proof. We were not able to sleep the first night but when we approached the reception with the problem they got it resolved by calling the next door guests to not make loud noise.
