The location and the apartment were great. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep whilst we were there. I loved the television in the bedroom as well. The shower was wonderful. It was near the Minster and we had coffee and food there nearly every morning. The weather was lovely. We had a great time. You can hear the bells of the Minster, which I absolutely love - they provide earplugs if you don't like. it.

Because I'm fairly old, I could have done with a higher settee to sit on, but there were higher chairs at the table. I don't suppose you can cater for everyone. Overall, really enjoyable stay.

The room is lovely, very clean, kitchen is great, and has most things you need for a short stay and basic cooking. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. The linen was exceptional.

'The Bells' My room and bed faced Hull Minster and as such I heard the 5am bells and couldn't get back to sleep. Speaking to other guests they had rooms where their beds were behind a lounge area and so the noise was more muffled. I t was better the 2nd night as i had got used to them. I just think there should be more warning, and the ear plugs are a nice touch, but dont drown out the noise. I also had a drain smell from the bathroom, which I reported to staff via email (you dont see anyone) and it was dealt with by the next day.

While I can see that the location may not be for everyone (near the city center, so lots of bar noise, people on the streets, etc., when we arrived in the evening), it was an excellent location for walking around and seeing the city sights. from a noise perspective, everything shut down around us by about 11:00, and the staff generously provided earplugs as well. The hotel is across the street from a medieval church, and the bell chorus on Sunday morning was spectacular. The space was very clean and tidy (my daughter and I were in a studio), and we had everything we needed for making tea, a dinner in, or storing leftovers. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The hotel provides access to a washer and dryer for guests who need them as well as washing pods. There was obvious consideration put into making the hotel and services as eco-friendly as possible.

We did take advantage of the overnight parking, which was located about 6-8 blocks away. it was a bit of a walk (especially if you forget something!) but nothing we couldn’t manage.

High-quality accommodation with a high-quality of service. Hideout is based in a lovely area of Hull's old town - it's really well-placed for pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. You will hear the bells from Hull Minster, which I personally loved, but you actually hardly notice them if the windows are closed. Ear plugs are provided too but I didn't need them. I had a minor problem with the shower but a lovely member of staff arrived within five minutes of me messaging them and fixed the issue straight away. Really friendly service, easy check-in and a very comfy bed. The radio playing when I arrived was a nice touch too. Will definitely be back! :)

Our 4th stay at Hideout we love it Modern rooms with all the amenities you’d need. Nice little touches like artwork of local landmarks on the walls, great selection of teas and coffees, and internet enabled TVs The beds are super comfy and the rooms always immaculately clean Bathroom is modern and offers great shampoos/body wash

My only gripe is the checkout is a tad too early (10am). Most places is stay it’s 11am at the earliest. The kitchen is great so it would be nice to have some time to cook in the mornings and have a nice coffee. 10am checkout doesn’t allow much time for that when you also need to pack up etc. You can pay £15 for an extra hour if needed but it’s a bit of a sting in the tail

Beautiful apartment (apartment 1) everything about these apartments are finished to high standards.. our second time here this year (stayed apartment 2 last time) and would highly recommend staying here, beautiful location and THE best nights sleep I’ve ever had , even with a booking mix up ( my fault) they went out of their way to sort it out for me.. very well maintained property, spotless and feels like home as soon as you arrive 🥰

I liked that there was a PIN to access the room as it was easy to gain access and almost anti social but in a good manner, also the bathroom was gorgeous and very comforting. It was my partner's birthday when we stopped and we were gifted free chocolates which were AMAZING!

This is just me being picky but being a bottom floor and having a balcony outside next to a public road was somewhat different, people peeping in was a bit out of the ordinary but that may be on my part for not checking.

This really is such a beautiful place. Perfectly located for a drive from Sheffield, car park opposite, Tesco opposite 👍🏻. The apartment is so chic, gorgeous view of the minster. We spent the evening in the old town, Saturday by the Marina, food at Cuban Pete’s I definitely recommend 😍. Saturday night we went to the comedy lounge, very entertaining. Sunday had a gorgeous brunch at Hearth in the square, staff there SO friendly. We will be back ❤️

We loved absolutely every aspect, the most perfect location, the standard of cleanliness the personal touches. Having visited in April earlier in the year we knew we would be back - and what better reason than to spend our Hullymoon at The Hideout! The hosts could not have done more for us, greeted with flowers and fizz on arrival for the start of our very special trip. We love Hull and The Hideout will always be a part of that for us! Plan to be back for our first anniversary, but probably won't be able to wait that long!!!

Breakfast?? No mention was made of breakfast. The studio apartment had everything you needed. The carton of milk in the fridge was very welcome. The fan was on when we arrived which was good as the room did get rather warm. Radio playing when we entered room made it feel welcoming. We didn’t find the safe until the next morning but excellent for anyone staying longer than one night. Dog bowl and blanket for our pooch. It was in a great location near the Minster. Very helpful staff when I rang to book dog and parking

Thought £20 for the dog to stay was rather steep Nothing to dislike. Would have liked Prosecco glasses as well as wine glasses.
